First off, let me say that I love Del Taco and I will always love Del Taco. I grew up in Irvine, CA where Del Taco's HQ is and I grew up claiming on every hill as a kid standing tall with the viewpoint that Del Taco was better than Taco Bell in every way. In addition, let me say that in the earlier years of my career I worked in the restaurant business for years working all the way from guest service agent, host, customer service agent or whatever you want to call it all the way to running a restaurant in management. I will also add that I moved to Utah and now reside locally in Tooele County so I have frequented this store many many times. With all that, *I will never return to this location* In the beginning, I thought it was me. I have a family that also loves Del Taco so we get large orders of maybe 8-12 items. With those orders, maybe 1 or 2 things were missing. So, what did I do? I ordered less. Because life happens in the food industry; So, I get it. Now let's say now I ordered 6-8 items and maybe only one item was missing or maybe it wasn't the greatest quality. I moved on. I love Del Taco and it didn't bother me, because I was getting mostly what I ordered at least. Today, was actually a special day. Long story short, my wife and I have a close relationship with Del Taco symbolically as when we couldn't afford anything, we had something to eat at least. We were going to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary with Del Taco. Today, I ordered 6 items. Firstly, it was odd that the order wasn't read back to me, but I thought nothing of it. Then I paid, received my food and went home. *100% of the order was wrong.* All of it. Nothing was correct. In fact only 2 items were even the correct protein. I don't know if this location needs a complete overhaul or new management, but it's an absolute disaster. I am disappointed, angry and honestly a little heartbroken. I don't mind some Del Taco every now and again. I especially like the double del (I know, lame), and the basic grilled chicken tacos. That being said this is like the worst Del Taco ever. For some reason Tooele County just has the worst branches of all of the various types of chain stores and restaurants. Lazy workforce or something not sure. Anyway, I've never waited anything less than 20 minutes when going through their drive-thru, even if I'm the only person in line. For the first several months I lived in Stansbury Park, I went to this location a handful of times as its one of only a couple places on the way home from work, and for those months, their "grill was broken" every time I went, so they couldn't make the cheeseburger... yeah the grill is broken for like 6 months, I don't think so. Anyway, unfortunately I still go here sometimes since like I said it is one of only 2 places ill go (this and BK) on the way home from work on a day I don't feel like making food, and each time I hate myself for doing it the second I finish my order and have to sit there like a douche for a half hour. read more

If you want the fastest fast food, this is not your place. The workers are always very nice and often apologetic for the wait, but there is always a wait.
