Really good fast food. Came here while visiting my sister and I would come again. We had a huge order so not everything was pictured. -cheese quesadilla: HUGE it was enough for three people to all get some and be satisfied. Great tortilla and cheese was coming out the sides so it was delicious. -rolled tacos: basically taquitos not tacos. Still really good but I was hoping for a softer shell. The shell was very hard but it was still really solid. The steak wasn't super flavorful. I expect juicy meat and it was pretty dry. -carnitas tacos: average meat. I like my carnitas really juicy and it was a bit dry. I also like my street tacos plain like other street tacos I've had before but this had cilantro and onions included. -steak fries burrito. Solid choice and really big portion. You will definitely be full after one of these. -churro: lots of flavor selections. We got the Carmel. It was delicious. You can't go wrong with a churro! All in all a pretty good meal. I think it was a solid choice I'd come here again. My biggest complaint was the meat being so dry. We went through the drive-thru around 2pm in the afternoon on a Thursday. Cheese enchilada plate. It was Horrible. The food was cold and through cheese wasn't melted. I tried them a while ago and there breakfast burritos were amazing and so well priced. I was going a lot to get the breakfast burrito and the last couple times, it had been not hot. The cheese is not melted at all. Even when I asked them to make sure it was. They said that they put it in the microwave to make sure the cheese was melted. It was not melted. We ordered Carne Asada burritos which turned out to be large, delicious, and perfect for eating in the parking lot. The Diet Coke tasted good. No se. * The adobadas was good, in general, with sides of rice and refried beans. Generous portions. Did NOT like the sauces included - stuff you can get from a bottle of Tabasco. I always get the ham breakfast burrito and it is SO good. But this last time I got it, I took one bite and as I'm getting ready to put some sauce on it, I noticed a hair in it. I went to pull it out and couldn't pull it out until I unwrapped the burrito. When I was able to pull the hair out it was three inches long! Then, I also noticed down at the bottom of the burrito another hair in it and that one was probably an inch long.. what was happening while they made my burrito?! Charritos was a wonderful place to eat and their hours of operation made them a favorite. Our entire office would order lunch here, frequently. I would not post an unfavorable review if there had only been one mistake- but NO..this is strike 3 and I spoke with a the young lady today who was saltier than their menu! NO ONE LIKES WATERED DOWN GUACAMOLE! no one. either they have gone to using a packaged mix..or are throwing one avocado into a blender with a liter of water. Also ..watered down sour cream?? please...stop- this is horrid. go back to the original way that the food used to be cooked. we ordered two chick. chimichanga meals and what we received were two deep fried tortillas full of red sauce and a few pieces of overly chewy chicken pieces covered in watery sourcream and watery 'guacamole'. when I called today, I did not want my money back and I did want to tell anyone off. what I got was a teenage girl with a nasty attitude that wouldn't listen to a customer and that told me, "if yo don't like that stuff then order something different next time." I've never thought to leave a review since I rarely leave reviews for anything. But tonight, they also offered me a sample of their nuez raspado (walnut snow cone) and I was blown away. I usually use the drive through in the morning to get breakfast burritos. The breakfast burritos are priced well for there size, the lady at the window is nice and refills my co-workers coffee.
