Unfortunately, my first experience was very disappointing. I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the time their website said it would be ready. When I arrived, the restaurant was locked. I eventually found the drive-thru and was told they didn't have my order because they hadn't checked their online orders yet -- despite the restaurant opening at 8:00 a.m. I ended up sitting in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes waiting for them to make my food. I ordered the carne asada nachos ... yes, for breakfast, but it was 10:00 a.m., so I'm calling it brunch! Unfortunately, the food itself didn't make up for the experience. There was very little carne asada, and what was there was quite salty. The cheese also appeared to be canned nacho cheese, which was not what I expected. Overall, I left pretty disappointed. The combination of the poor order handling, having to wait 30 minutes, and the quality of the food just wasn't worth it.
