They gave me a price under $20 for the double sided color prints. I can't remember the exact amount since it's been months now. They weren't lined up all that great but we managed to keep the text from being cut off by cutting out every card even bigger (I cut them myself). OK so then my mother passes two months later and I have to go through the same crap. I used the same layout as my dads and just changed the photo and text and sent it over. I stopped in and asked about pricing for printing and what it would cost additionally to have them cut - I was sick of cutting out hundreds of tiny cards. So he said $20 for the prints and $15 to have them cut totaling $35. I was broke so I wrote in the online order that I didn't want them cut. I show up and the bill is $28 for my uncut prints. I asked why and he said the other price was a discount for getting the cuts- I said but it's more expensive than the last time I got the exact same thing! I have to cut all these little cards out the night before the funeral so I just left cause I had no strength to argue. I got them out of the package and they looked like low quality trash - they never mentioned a quality issue. I took the same file to staples and told them what happened and he printed the order for free in under five minutes and saved the day! So much for local business!
