They installed a 2021 instead of a recent one- we saw the label after it was installed the next day. During the install after they put everything back together, my valve was now (cracked) leaking. It was working perfectly fine before they replaced the filter. They put silicone on it, and that didn't work. When I reached out about the valve still leaking . . He said it needed to get replaced and they were going to charge me to replace the valve that they broke. We ended up calling a different company to come out and replace the valve.

The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

From the estimate to the completion of the pool liner, the service was very satisfying. Ive never had a pool before but i believe i received a fair price for the liner after hearing that other companies will overcharge, plus i included a sand filter replacement. There was a small issue with the bottom of the pool but the fix was super easy and Robert let us know the best way to go about dealing with it. He set the new filter up while i was at work the following day after the pool filled with water. Robert and his coworker left my yard clean and neatly rolled up my pool cover for easy storage. 10/10 i would recommend
