I just had my robot in for service for almost a month…read more I was initially told that the motor was fried because the cord that they had installed was done incorrectly. I was told that they have fired the last three managers and they did not have any computerized records. Then I waited 3 weeks for the imaginary regional manager(whose contact information was not available) to decide if they would cover it due to faulty install of the cord. Then i was told to call Fluida(warranty company) and "act very angry". Don't bother stopping there, Discount Pool Supplies is right down the road and won't give you the run around like Leslie's.

I went in today, in hope of finding the right pool float for me and to ask general questions about pool maintenance. It had to be close to 6:45pm, and shortly after I started my questioning a rather fluster gentlemen came in. I figured to be courteous I would move over to the side and let him go ahead of me as he seemed to be in a hurry. He was greeted just as I was, with a Hello, how may I help you? As I looked on he proceeded to say he needed a water test and spelling his last name in a huff. I'm assuming he wasnt heard and your employee asked him to repeat that... honestly this guy took the most disgusting tone spelling out each letter slowly... Needless to say I dont think he was a fan of needing g to repeat his self because again all flustered he reached over the counter while asking in his same rude tone. "Do you even have time to do this?" I'm sorry but clearly he was being taken care of even in front of a customer (me) whom was being helped first. Any way, this gentlemen then left with a huff not before returning into the store twice to ask for your employees name and to explain the he's been come here 3 years.... I was helped and was explained my options all while 2 other customers came and went from the store. What I'm trying to get across is props to your employee for keeping their cool in a situation I was just standing by to... Absolutely crazy.

I spent a significant amount of money with S&R Pool on a complete pool renovation: a new liner,…read moreslide, stamped concrete, and more. The cost isn't my issue. My issue is the quality of the work and how problems have been handled. Most recently, part of the brand-new liner detached from the track only three years after installation. S&R Pool came out to inspect the pool themselves, yet they immediately tried to blame the water level being too low. That explanation makes no sense. They closed the pool themselves, and the water level at closing was just below the skimmer. When the pool was opened, the water level was at the skimmer. I've lived in my home for 11 years. For the first 8 years, I had an older liner and never once had it come off the track. Then, only 3 years after S&R installed a brand-new liner, it suddenly detaches. That's not a coincidence. That's poor workmanship. Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue I've had with them. During the renovation, my sprinkler system was destroyed. It was basically brushed aside as collateral damage, and I ended up paying thousands of dollars out of pocket to repair the lawn and restore the damaged areas. Then, two winters ago, I paid to have my pool filter acid washed. When I opened the pool, it was obvious the filter had not been cleaned at all. I ended up cleaning it myself. To their credit, they did provide a credit for the service, but it was still disappointing to pay for work that was never done. What frustrates me most is the lack of accountability. Instead of standing behind their work on a liner that is only three years old, they blamed the customer and their solution was to replace the entire liner at a cost of thousands of dollars. A liner that they installed just three years ago should not be failing like this, and suggesting a complete replacement rather than taking responsibility is unacceptable. I've tried to overlook the previous issues, but this liner problem is the last straw. If something goes wrong, I expect a company to stand behind its work and work toward a fair solution. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience with S&R Pool. Based on the repeated issues and how they've been handled, I won't be doing business with them again, and I would caution others to think carefully before hiring them.

I think Scott told us our project was going south quick about 10 different occasions . Threatened to seal our stamped concrete before color was added. You can't even talk to him without him having little temper tantrums. Terrible workmanship ( looks good from the outside but it's like buying a nice looking car with a screwed up motor). Don't walk but run from this company. We are learning the hard way.

When they started filling the pool the whole thing collapsed. To make matters worse the company went bankrupt the next day and opened under a new name. After speaking with a few pool dealers about a new pool, my main concern was that the pool would never collapse again. Scott showed me a hard wall product that has reinforced sides sent in cement. He took the time to explain how the construction of it works & sold me on the idea. 15 years later over the winter my 10 year liner gave up. (next time I'll replace it in 10 years instead of waiting) Not sure how long the water level was less than half but when I pulled the security cover off, the pool walls did not move. Contacted Diamond Pools & they were here in few days to install the new liner I picked out. Thanks for the great install & products when you installed my pool!! It is nice to know there are still people that take pride in their work.

O NOT USE Niagara pools!!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE…read moreAND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS My family hired Niagara pools to build an in-ground liner pool for our home. We were told the cost would be around $47,000 that actually cost us $53,000. They started work in the fall promising be completed before the next summer season. Due to what they claimed to be a fall with more rain than usual they could not complete our pool in the fall and that we would be first in line when construction continued in the spring. This DID NOT happen in fact I had to email and call throughout the spring for then to return to work on the pool. It did not get finished until the 2/3 week of July that year. Immediately we had problems with the pool. The lining in two spots continued to come apart from the seam at the top requiring multiple visits for them to fix. The pool light did not work, the heat ran sparingly, a large crease developed in the liner in the shallow end and the handle to the filter snapped off the first summer. All these things were reported to the maintenance department via phone and email. With no response in months of trying to get a hold of them. They finally came and addressed the handle and light. And told us the liner crease at the bottom and top liner pop out was from the pool settling. As seasons continued more and more creases have appeared in the shallow end to the point now that we have approximately 5/7 very large creases running the length of the shallow end. When requesting someone come look at it and it to be addressed and fixed. A very rude gentleman named Ken came to our home looked at the pool for a max ten mins determining that they were not at fault, and they would not be fixing the liner. He then ignored countless emails and requests to discuss this. Finally, after months he called me and told me that at some point the pool water had to be less inside then under, which it never was, and that we had not hired them to close the pool, which was never stated as part of the terms of their work warrantee, they would not guarantee the work and we would have to pay $8000 to a different company to come replace the 4-season old liner. Because they were not going to do it. I work as a manager in the home improvement industry, and this is the worst customer experience and customer focused approach I have ever seen. We as the customer where blamed for a pool with a liner that had a visible seam in the shallow end where 2 different pieces of liner were used and connected. The creases have occurred need that seam as has the continued liner popping from the top groove. Ken is the most egotistical home improvement individual I have ever spoken too. He adamantly blamed us and took no responsibility for anything that had gone wrong in the whole process. I understand clearly now why there have been multiple lawsuits against this company. They are solely focused on making money and have no integrity to standby their work or even come up with a mutual agreement to share the cost of fixing the liner. The absolute entitlement is disguising and explains why countless employees I dealt with have since left the company. DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS
