I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method.
