Attorney Nathan Deladurantey is not a reputable Lawyer, and I believe that the 5 Reviews reporting 5 stars are all fake profiles created by the Attorney and/or his Associates. After speaking with Attorney Deladurantey, I felt he had a lack of concern for protecting the Civil rights/Consumer Protection Laws of others and his lack of Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Laws Posed many Questions in my mind. Such as is Nathan Deladurantey a Legally Licensed Consumer Protection Attorney? Do he understand Consumer Protection Laws? How can he say that it is okay for a Consumer to be mislead by an Entity that admitted to switching names around on Contracts as well as Submitting Illegal Documents to a Government official office, with fraudulent information? The Unprofessionalism that Nathan Deladurantey Exhibited during our conversation made me realize that I was speaking to someone who is very unhinged stating that I as the consumer Offended him by asking Questions regarding a Consumer Protection Matter. I asked Questions based on the Consumer Laws in my State regarding bait and switch practices, Misrepresentation, Unfair Business Practices, human error and software blame-shifting, which may not only affect myself as a Consumer but others maybe affected as well which could potentially invoke a Class Action Law Suit Especially it is proven that the Entity in question Software Malfunctioned and Created Unathorized Contracts on its own-The Question would then pose how many other Consumers have been Affected by the Software Malfunctioning? which would reflect a broader pattern of negligence by the Entity in Question. I also asked about Unauthorized Contract Modification, Negligence and Software Blame, Breach of Privacy, Intimidation and Harassment? Amongst other questions that Nathan Deladurantey was not able to answer. The Legal Team of the Entity in Question stated that she works with a lot of Attorneys and Workers from the FTC, DATCP, Consumer Protection Agency, the police department, and other Legal Entities. Which further makes me question the Ethics of Nathan Deladurantey who also stated that he worked with the Entity in question which posed another question do Nathan Deladurantey possess a bias in Protecting the Consumer When there is a Conflict of Interest? However; Nathan Deladurantey did not state that he could not help me due to the Conflict of Interest instead he tried to deter me from Perusing Legal Assistance, although he Acknowledged that it is wrong to switch Names on Contracts, and that there are other questionable Information Regarding my Consumer Rights. Nathan Deladurantey Knowingly and Deliberately tried to persuade me into not protecting my Consumer Rights, due to working closely with the Entity in Question. The lack of concern for my Consumer rights prompted me to review Attorney Deladurantey Legal Background, and found that Nathan DeLadurantey has faced Disciplinary action according to the Lawyer regulation Attorney details: 2023-01 Disciplinary Proceedings Against Nathan E. The Attorney at Deladurantey Law Offices would not even review my documents but yet he claimed that he could not help me. The documents clearly shows the deception and Misrepresentation of a Dealership who Illegally and without the consent of a Consumer moved her signature from one place on the contract to another place. The MV1-11 sent to the DMV has Incorrect information. There are 3 different Contracts, and multiple Recordings of the dealership stating that they moved my name on the contracts as well as multiple recording from the Paralegel, and the Financing company Pretaining to Misrepresentation and fraud Practices. As the Paralegal is recorded stating that she know All the Attorneys, and Legal Officials in an attempt to Intimidate me. After speaking with Attorney Deladuranty I am sure that the dealership Paralegal, do have some influence over the Legal officials and the Attorney at DELADURANTEY LAW OFFICES, Which created a BIAS and Created another attempt to dissuade me from seeking Legal Council. read more
