Just don't leave Amy's chair without checking the work carefully. Amy is a different person when it comes to owning her mistakes. Sorry but i have been a customer of Amy's (one of the owners) for a few years and the customer service has been ZERO when I had a problem with the worked she did. Last December I went to her to get a trim and a color/foil, two tone, blond and light blond. When I left my shoulder length hair was gone and the color was carrot orange (she called it strawberry blond). I could not tell how bad the color was until I got home. Of course I called her right away and with the holidays four days away she was booked and I had no intention of putting more chemicals on my hair anyway, so I had paid $125.00 to wait 6 mos. for enough to grow out and lived with much embarrassment as it was hideous. I decided to let her try again last month as the history had been good and thot it was a fluke. Well guess what...... After asking for Blond I left there with blond in the front and red in the back! I regret not looking at the back before I left and I didn't notice at the time she never offered a mirror either. This time when I called she offered to fix it and I explained I can't put more chemicals on my hair so soon and she said she agreed. I simply wanted my money back because I told her I paid for and lived with that last mistake, and while I have to live with this one I don't think its right I should pay to do so. She has refused to return my calls and will not refund my money. She had the other owner call me to yell at me and basically tell me I am SOL. I can either put more chemicals on my hair or buzz off. they do not refund money. I have never seen any such policy. I am beyond shocked and disappointed, after my years of patronage she treats me like this. Beware and obviously I don't recommend this salon. They are not ethical nor customer friendly. read more

Don't get your hair done here!!!!! I got a perm here and do not have a single curl on my head to prove it!! Only crimp marks at my scalp from the bands on the perm rod and a dime size chunk right in the front of my part that broke off leaving hair shorter than a quarter inch sticking up! The haircut was awful as well. I will have to go somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. It took two weeks for the owner to call me back in which she responds "We already payed the stylist so we can't give you your money back." I will never go back to this salon and plan on warning everyone I know that not only will your hair look worse after getting it done at Delamae salon, the service is horrible and you'll have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get it fixed! UPDATE- To the owner: I told you I'm not comfortable getting anything else done at your salon and I am not wasting 30 minutes each way and gas money to come to your salon just so you can decide whether or not my hair is bad enough or not for a refund. I'm done trying to get my money back. Obviously you need the 100 bucks more than I do. From the things you have done over the past couple days like posting about this on your salon's facebook page and text messaging me, even though we have never met, you have been so unprofessional. You are just a money-hungry mean girl. I do plan on sending you pics of my hair so even though you aren't being professional or doing what's right maybe you'll get your stylists help so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I recently started going to Delamae for massage therapy because of a car accident I had about a month ago. When I walked in I was totally surprised by the inside. It doesn't look like much from the outside (its a remodeled home) but the inside was amazing. It was decorated so beautifully, top of the line style, furniture, and equipment. And the atmosphere? Incredible. It was clean, well furnished, and smelled of aromatherapy oils and nicely scented candles. I didn't want to leave! Just sitting in that place is relaxing. My therapist is Amanda and she is just so sweet. She's thorough in asking about where the pain is and the kind of work she will be doing. Her passion for her work and helping people is very evident. She also accepts insurance which is awesome. She even told my insurance company to extend my care because she felt I needed it to fully recover. I do get my hair done here and recommend their services to others as well. The environment is warm and welcoming (they offer coffee, tea, etc.). They are very professional. In fact, I was there when an unhappy customer called to ask for a refund for her service she was unhappy with. Although they could not give her money back, they offered a gift certificate for the same amount to be used in the store. They also tried to resolve the problem with offering to redo the style, even by a different stylist. We as a consumer have the responsibility of informing a stylist of anything that may interfere with the final appearance as far as taking medication, being pregnant, etc. You would be surprised how these small things can affect the reaction of chemicals on hair. read more

I am a regular of Nicole & her massage table. I can't say enough great things about the experience I get when I go there. It's quiet, relaxing and she is super personable. She has done a wide range of massage techniques on me and I find all of them up to par. When I first started I had daily headaches and shoulder tension equivalent to massaging a rock. I get my hair and nails done here! I have gone to other places before coming here. Was never happy. I felt like they never listened to what I wanted. Thats not the case with Delamae. The first time I came, It was to get my hair fixed from what an other salon did. I was very happy with how it was fixed. My hair is now getting healthy again. I also get the gelish nails. I love them. They make my nail feel so much stronger, and I love that they dont use a UV light. Beautiful and classy salon! read more

This salon has made big changes in the last few months and I must say it is great! I had gone to the salon about a year ago for a Brazilian wax and Ruby was very kind and professional. But more recently, I had gone to Tami for a cut and color and she did a great job. She put all of her attention and focus on doing my hair, and I felt as though I was getting more than my money's worth! Had my haircut here last week and found this salon to be a very pleasant surprise!! When I entered the salon I had the feeling of entering a spa like atmosphere. Very tastefully decorated and welcoming. The price of my haircut was very reasonable. It felt like an episode of "Cheers" but set in a salon instead of a bar. The stylists were welcoming and it felt like a family atmosphere there. I will definitely make Delamae my normal stop for my monthly haircut. read more

Beautiful spa! I love all the girls there, they are so nice and up to date on fashion. I get my hair, massage and facials done here. I have seen all the girls for my hair, and have loved them all. I see Nicole for my massage, and she is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. The facials are awesome too! They use an amazing hair product line that I love also.
