I picked up there are 3 or 4 people, again they take my payment no explanation, In this situation, I would hope a Service Manager would explain the repairs and the options. I recently called to get my Tiguan appraised to see if the value justified the repairs or need investigate buying a new car. The Service Manager said I could make an appointment online or he would make the appointment. I ended the call. Do I want to work with a dealership that is clueless as McGrath?
