They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.
