I tried to limp it home but the battery was too weak to make it back, my wife and granddaughter were with me and we would all need to ride in the rollback to get back home together. The dispatcher made sure they had a rollback available to accommodate all of us and arrived very quickly, Jay was our driver and did an excellent job loading our family mini van paying attention to every detail without me even having to ask. Both times I used Kay's, (roughly a year apart), the moment she picks up the phone she seems quite upset that you are evening calling. To make matter's worse the owner will reply to all the negative google reviews claiming to be the nicest person ever and blames the customers. There are too many reputable, caring, tow companies in the area for me to ever call this one again.

Dropped me at the Holliday in and made sure I had a room. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.
