I was skeptical when they did and didn't want to pay the fee so switched offices. Big mistake! There is no another office that cares as much! In fact during the time I was at another office I had a mystery illness that the other office couldn't solve (and in fact I am positive they didn't even believe what I was saying). After a year and a half of this illness, I decided to switch back because I knew how good the doctors here were. Dr Amick spent hours with me going over everything that had occurred and spent many hours on his own researching possibilities. After a few tests and just 2 or 3 months he diagnosed me and solved the problem! Dr Amick is a fantastic doctor. He cares and also helps educate you on what's going on, never trying to talk over your head. The office is clean, everyone in the office is super friendly and they never rush you so that you actually get excellent care. It's such a great feeling when you have a doctor like this!

I wanted a concierge service so I could deal with issues quickly as my mother was having mental decline due to vascular dementia. Dr. Maged and the staff have been wonderful over these last 2.5 years. Often my mother would complain of something and - if it was not an urgent issue - I'd leave an email with the MDVIP service. Dr. Maged would follow up with a phone call within 24 hours and either (a) talk things thru with me or (b) schedule an immediate visit for the next day. I have called the office with an urgent need first thing in the morning and the office always found a way to fit us in that day. My mother's mental decline has made for some difficulty with her as a patient - but Dr. Maged and the staff - always took time to listen to her and reassure her. They have been a wonderful support for me in caring for my mother and I would not change a thing. Dr. Maged is retiring and he took careful time and planning to introduce my mom to his replacement Dr. Crowe. We look forward to the same support, service and understanding as a patient at Internal Medicine Associates.

Um, unfortunately, we have to cancel your case." They had reminded me of the scheduled appointment via text (for the third time) only a few hours before, and I had already begun the prep routine as instructed. Attempts to call for a translation/explanation produced 30 mins of elevator music and excuses. ("Due to the fact that we are experiencing a high volume of calls...".). Message I left was not returned. An irksome and thoughtless lack of professionalism. Will reschedule elsewhere.

Don't assume you know how to spell my name. I need my results. Just freakin tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call me. What's the voicemail box for if you don't return our messages?? This is not funny!! But I don't know if he actually took me seriously about my situation or if he was humoring me. I guess because it's an unusual thing I'm going through or what. But I'm suffering really badly. I hope they understand that I could die if this doesn't get addressed. I mean what's the point of being in medicine if not to help people? Status only impresses the weak. A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. This office covers all of the areas of whole health from an exercise facility to healthy pot lucks and community service. What an amazing concept! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!! I have had zero luck finding a primary care physician in Bear and I am thrilled to find this practice! The office is clean and spacious. I was greeted promptly and taken back to an exam room very quickly after finishing my initial paper work. The doctor came in and did her assessment and I was completely blown away by how honest and personable Dr. Chaudhry was. She was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her saying she wouldn't prescribe any medication that she wouldn't give her children. She is very in-depth with her patients and leaves no stone unturned while asking the necessary questions to properly diagnose. I brought my daughter in the same day for a sick visit to be seen by her husband, pediatrician Dr. Nazar. He was equally wonderful and knowledgeable and I look forward to bringing her back to see him. There is nothing like bringing your child to a GREAT doctor. I'm very pleased. The entire experience was the best and most refreshing doctor experience I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who lives in New Castle County!

If you have HMO insurance please communicate with your insurance provider prior to each visit because the system tends to somehow 'change your PCP'. If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen.
