They said they would take care of any vet bills but my certified letter with the bill k sent to them was returned. Most of the time I didn't know where my dog was. Their van clearly had been in accidents as both sides were damaged and when they left my house they went off the road and needed to be pulled out. Each visit was followed by a report of everything tended to, how the kittens were doing, and photos of the kittens during the visit. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully.
