She showed me how to do my Amazon returns and even gave me a mailer to use when I forgot my own packaging (there was a small fee for this that I happened to have cash for). I would definitely go back to this location! It can get busy but there was a good traffic flow and most people were in and out. Parking lot can be a nightmare so exercise patience!
