I stopped into this location which was a lot brighter, cleaner and had more cheerful staff than the location I normally frequent. A staff member was quick to help me, her name was Mary. She showed me how to do my Amazon returns and even gave me a mailer to use when I forgot my own packaging (there was a small fee for this that I happened to have cash for). I would definitely go back to this location! It can get busy but there was a good traffic flow and most people were in and out. Parking lot can be a nightmare so exercise patience!

Usually there is a bit of a wait bc there are other customers in front of me... it's a busy place. But today I scored huge!!! well, at least I thought I had. There was no one in the store. I was able to walk directly up to the counter. I was looking for their boxes to send a package for business. As I walked up a guy who looked very much like he did not want to be there told me someone would be with me soon as he picked up a tape gun and started to seal a box that needed it (looked like a 5yo had initially taped it up. I said "I just want to" (the rest of the question was this: know where you keep the boxes called little box) but I was cut off by the guy glaring at me and curtly saying "someone will be with you shortly." Now, I have no problem waiting for other people in front of me, and his reply took as much energy as it would be to say on the shelf over there" when telling me where the boxes are. But nah, not this time. What got under my skin, aside from the attitude problem, was that I was a living, breathing customer in the store directly in front of him wanting to buy stuff and ship stuff. My credit card was in my hand. I was ready to go since I already had the label printed out and in my hand. But he decided taping up a box (that would most certainly still be there to tape up after I had concluded my business) was the priority and that having a customer wait in line behind inanimate objects made more sense. It was 2:30p. The pickup for the night was at 6p or 7p. The box could have waited. I cannot say 100% that he was spoiling for a fight, but it was apparent that he had no intention of assisting me for quite a while. So, I said "you can't even answer a single question? Fuck off!" And I left. I went down the street to the "mailbox store" and was waited on by a very sweet person who was also very busy and even had a baby cooing somewhere in the back room that she had to take care of. It was a great experience. And now I will be taking my business to UPS at Marsh and Silverside. Perhaps a bit more customer service and a reminder that retailers need customers more than customers need retailers. Now Fedex is truly an ex. An ex-shipper for my booming business.

Global Express Shipping is somehow associated with Rejuvacare Inc. A Chinese based business that…read moresells and ships personal medical equipment and products. I have found Rejuvacare to be nothing short of fraudulent. They ship inferior and ill fitting products and expect the customer to pay for the return shipping. Whereas they offer a complete 100% satisfaction guarantee, they try to sell you equipment amendments to make the poor fitting product work, then they try to negotiate a 20% refund, then a 40% refund, eventually a full refund after you pay to return their inferior product. This is not to say they will actually give you a refund. Now I'm talking about Rejuvacare, but they have the same physical site address as Global, so I'm assuming the same ownership protected by a corporate curtain. I am in process of reporting Rejuvacare to the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I strongly advise you against using Global Express. There are a lot of honest and trustworthy people in the industry to choose as a better alternative.
