This is the first point where I appreciated the fact they would look into my problem, knowing they had other cars in their schedule. The initial cause was found and part ordered. It was lost by Ford in transit to dealer. At least someone realized that fact and reordered the part. The major problem was a puzzlement that codes couldn't clearly identify. An educated guess resulted in the correct complete fix of the problem. Since the car wasn't completed by Monday, I had to make other plans to return home to central PA and prepare for a trip to SC. Felt comfortable leaving the car in Matt's hands. I appreciated how Matt kept me up to date with repairs.
