Call wait time. Terrible customer service.

I called the parts department this morning and was on hold multiple times and was disconnected twice. I proceeded to call back the fourth time and was on hold for over 46 minutes with no one responding. I called back the fifth time and was bounce between two operators and got the voicemail for the parts department. Whoever the general manager is for the dealership needs to have a serious conversation with the supervisor in the parts department because they are nonresponsive or either tremendously understaffed and they are losing business. Terrible customer service experience and I would not use them for any more additional service for my Ford Raptor.

You know, it's funny. When I go to this place's website, they claim to be rated the "#1 dealer for customer service in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area for the sixth year in a row." Apparently what they don't tell you is that the people rating them were the Philadelphia/South Jersey Sadist, Self-Flaggelist and Screw Me Over Society. It's all in those little details. So where to begin. The fact they were changing me $2500 more for the exact same vehicle that another ford dealer? That they tried to charge me 11% interest when another dealer was giving me 0% through Ford Credit? The fact that the sales rep put on his jacket while we were starting to review the paperwork and turned us over to someone else because he had to get to 'dinner with his family'. Tearing that paperwork up and throwing it back in their face, then faxing the closed deal through Chapman Ford to their GM the next day was exceptionally satisfying. I wouldn't go here if my car broke down in front of the place. I would pay cash money to be towed to another dealer, period. Shameful, uncaring, shoddy service by unprofessional, elitist 'salespeople' trying to screw you for every dollar they can. Editor's note - No we do not have the address for the Society mentioned above. Naughty Monkeys.

This was easily…read morethe worst, most unprofessional automotive experience of my life, which ironically pushed me to go have the best experience of my life at a completely different dealership. My girlfriend and I drove to the Voorhees location to look at a silver Honda Civic. We called ahead, and customer care assured us the car would be pulled up and ready. It wasn't. When we walked in, we met a salesman named Frank. I am a pleasant guy and like to make jokes, so I playfully teased him that they were "0 for 1" since the car wasn't out front. Instead of basic customer service, Frank immediately copped an attitude. He left to check his system, came back, and angrily told me the car was currently on a test drive (even though it was still parked right out front). He then loudly announced in front of the entire showroom and my girlfriend that they had run my credit and I "couldn't even afford the car." Here is the insane part: I never gave them my information to run a credit check. We were buying the car in cash with a certified check and didn't even need financing. Frank had mixed me up with another customer and was publicly humiliating me over someone else's credit score. When I realized his mistake, he offered zero apologies, called me a "cocky kid," and told me to leave. I demanded a manager, Lew, who switched us to a new salesman two cubicles down. While we waited, Frank actually called another salesman over, and they stood there whispering and pointing at us with a smirk on his face. It was so incredibly unwelcoming and childish that we got up and left. The regional director, Brian, called to apologize and set me up at their Williamstown location the next day to look at a black Civic instead. We agreed on a price of $29,382 (after I caught them trying to sneak in a $299 window-etching fee). I told the saleswoman, Nor, that I was driving back to PA to get the cashier's check and handle the insurance switch, and would be back by 4:00 PM. By 2:00 PM, she was texting and calling, trying to pressure me. When I told her not to rush me, she threatened to move the car to another location in Haverford Township just to force my hand. I was completely done with the high-pressure, disrespectful games at Auto Lenders. I took my family's advice and drove straight to Piazza Honda of Springfield. I worked with their sales manager, Frank Crinite, who treated us like absolute gold. The ultimate punchline for Auto Lenders? I walked out of Honda of Springfield with a BRAND NEW 2026 Honda Civic Sport for $30,005. I spent barely $630 more to get a brand-new car rather than dealing with the miserable, disrespectful staff at Auto Lenders trying to hustle me for a 3-year-old 2023 model. Avoid Auto Lenders at all costs. Go see Frank Crinite at Honda of Springfield instead.

Not sure what my license plate has to do with an estimate since I gave her the make and model of my vehicle. Will knowing the license plate suddenly make the job more difficult? Then immediately went "send me the information, I gotta go I have customers here." Overall not a good impression for someone that's a first time customer. That lady either needs some help with the workload at the front desk, or needs customer service training.
