The final cost was only a little bit more than the initial estimate (this sofa was in BAD shape, which I could not fully capture in the photos I emailed him), and he got it back to me two weeks earlier than planned. He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I also have my grandmother's secretary and one of the doors was too warped to close, he fixed that too and now it closes perfectly.

They were extremely responsive and helpful via email, and arranged to pick up the chairs from my house at a convenient time. The next day, they sent me an invoice and promptly answered my questions and took my payment information over the phone. About a week later, they dropped off the cushions and re-installed them into the chairs and they look and feel amazing.
