From the moment we were introduced to the team, I felt confident that their skills and professionalism would be outstanding. We were worried that there might be some big issues under the tub, with the old plumbing. But, much to our surprise there weren't any. After several design & measuring meetings, Delerio Construction began our demo on April 1, 2024. They took it down to the studs & installed new electrical, gas & plumbing where needed. Then, just like magic, within the 8 wk timeline my kitchen looked amazing! They installed new cabinets, lighting, countertops and backsplash with an extension for bar seating, along with a sink and appliances. All this while preserving the flooring we weren't ready to replace yet. Everyone, including the subs were very professional. The project mgr John Cato and Rachel in the office stayed on top of the details and communication was great. Everyone offered their helpful professional advice as needed throughout the project. We are terrifically dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and service. Two different installers and both had problems finishing correctly. Promised certain services by site supervisor who was no longer with the company halfway through the project. Have had to have the come out three different times for repairs or final finishes. Delerio remodeled our kitchen about 4 months ago. Less than one month later, a piece fell. We called them to fix it (after all, there is a warranty that they said is valid for two years.) Not a big job anyhow. They promised to do it. We waited and still wait. We called several times and they always have excuses not to come until 2-3 weeks ago they completed stopped communications with us--meaning they don't respond to our calls.) In short, they are not complying with the terms of the warranty, which is a fraud. I'll check with the state of California regarding their license, a company that doesn't comply with the warranty can not hold a license. I strongly don't recommend Delerio Construction! We had new cabinets made and refaced a built in buffet. They did it all! The employees/subs were all great. we had an issue with arriving on time a day or two but John Cato the job manager made sure it was complete. After meeting with 6 contractors and remodeling companies, we easily decided Delerio was our best fit! When other contractors had trouble following through with meetings or phone calls, just to get bids, Delerio was prompt and professional, and most importantly, timely! When you decide you want to remodel, waiting is disappointing. The rep that came out was Jayeson, and he was our first deciding factor in choosing this company. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and even more importantly for us, friendly. You'll meet with your rep a few different times before your construction begins, and it quickly got to the point that we were looking forward to visiting with Jayeson when he'd come over to plan. In addition to that, every aspect of the project can be done by Delerio. They have in-house crews for all stages of your project, from demolition, to the final installation and finishing touches of hardware and appliances. This is a huge factor in your remodel going smoothly. Contractors who have to sub out each piece of the project can be left waiting for schedules to align in order for the next step to happen. And I'm being totally honest when I say, every single employee who's been in this house has been friendly, respectful, helpful, very good at their job, and leaves the home clean when they leave each day! You can tell the employees are happy and treated well. They love their job and their company, and it's just obvious. They use a very cool app that shows you the job schedule, pictures of your materials as they're being made (like cabinets and counter tops) and your color selections. You can email the employees right there, and see all of the pictures of progress from start to finish. Let me take a moment to be frank. I'm involved. There are days when I've spoken to one employee or another, three or four times within a few hours. And whether it's Abel, who manages the oversight of entire projects, coordinates different stages of the project, and knows pretty much everything there is to know about your remodel from start to finish, Sal, who designs layout and gorgeous custom cabinets, and whose team is phenomenal at what they do, or Rachel, the communication guru who keeps information flowing from company to customer, and vice versa, they've never acted irritated or tired of answering my many, many questions. They are patient, and sincere, and have done everything in their power to help our project along quickly and beautifully. Josue did an unbelievable job with our back splash tile, Jose with end-of- project immaculate detail, and Luis is the sweetest guy you could have in your home. These crews become people you actually look forward to seeing the next day! We are now almost completely finished with our kitchen and living room remodel, and I think the pictures will speak for themselves. Brandon took the necessary time and effort repairing the wall where the shower tile had cracked and water damage occurred. He did a superb job of installing the new acrylic shower. They made sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction and that everything I wanted touched up or cleaned was done correctly. We had our kitchen remodeled last year. We waited over 14 years to do this. We spent over 90,000. We understood this would be worth it. Jayson was our sales person. Came over explained how they were all about customer service and they had an app that would help us along the way. My husband and I booked it. It started much slower than expected but we understood with covid things were not the same. It took about 6 months to complete a few issues along the way. No big deal we are reasonable people. The last part of the job was to install our brand new refrigerator and microwave. They dropped both of them. The door has a big dent in the front. After waiting 6 months it was devastating. We were reassured by Able it would be taken care of. We had bought a extended warranty on the frig and they said no worries they would make it right. We are now almost into March. We have experienced nothing but frustration. My husband has been given the run around. We finally got the frig but they are refusing to give us a warranty or replace the dented microwave. We have had the frig in the garage still not installed. They will not return our calls. We reached out to Jayson after dealing with 2 different project managers and he also refused our calls. Our paint is chipped on our cabinets. This has been a terrible experience. The app. was not helpful. Being a business person I am very well aware of how important it is to take care of your customers. As a customer I know how important it is to give a business owner a chance to make it right. DONT DO IT!!! worst experience ever! purchased through costco (reborn cabinets) they contracted out delerio...ordered nov. 2020 barely finished feb.2023...wow!. if u have wood cabinets please paint and dont use delerio..reborn looks like plastic and there r seams everywhere looks like in a trailer...first off delerio ordered wrong color and style took months to get so had to wait more mths cuz of their mistake...while our garage had tools, product left for mths...we ALWAYS had to call them they never called us weeks would go and then they would always say oh we were just about to call u...zero communication with the boss and workers..we r the ones who told them they ordered the wrong color/style they had to take off and wait for the correct one...i ordered a trim for cabinets they put a different one on without them telling us..i ordered 5" and 8" hardware for the cabinets a worker comes with all 3" pulls...if i wasnt here to say hey those r the wrong ones. they would have put them on...oh first day of demo they dented our fridge! they put painters tape on our hardwood floors now we have stripes! it left a discoloration! i wanted a tall pull out garbage we got a short one so now throwing garbage out everyday something i was trying to avoid! this is with no telling us about a change they do it without saying anything! once they did the refacing two of the drawers were wrong style so we had to wait weeks for the correct ones...workers showed up twice when they werent supposed to b here...we NEVER got an apology/call for any of their wrong doing from a delerio...only in the beginning did we hear from a delerio when they wanted $$. we live in a 1/2 million $ house and we ended up with a cheap looking kitchen!!! yes i know there was a shipping container delay and yes i know reborn refacing cabinets look cheap but delerio screwed everything up in the beginning with ordering wrong style and color from day 1 it was a joke. read more

The team can do 1 day installs, and are super accommodating during our busy time. We've had mixed experiences with contractors in the past, such that we were a little worried when we decided to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Our experience with Home Advisor has been fairly positive, so we felt confident that using their service would give us a leg up in selecting a reputable company. After reviewing the bids from three contractors, we selected Delerio Construction for our project. They weren't the least expensive, but the representative, George, sold us on the company's efficiency and quality of work. George was the first person from the company we met, and he did a great job representing the company. George stepped through the processes with us, helping us with many of our selections and accompanying us whilst we selected our tile and countertop. We benefited by his knowledge of and connections in the marketplace. Once we documented the details of our project we met the site supervisor, Abel. He was everything that George told us he would be. He was thorough, personable, and was very dedicated to the success of the project. From the initial demolition through the final touch up work, Abel remained available and focused on our success. He gave us his mobile number early in the process, but given how often we made use of it, he might have regretted it before we finished. The designer was personable, the site supervisor was exceptional, but the real meat of any remodeling project is the workmanship - and by extension, the craftsmen who perform the work. They did not disappoint. We had friendly, capable guys working on our house nearly every day of the project! If you have any of the same experience we've had with contractors, then, like us, you experienced dead time in the middle of the schedule. On previous projects we have even had to bribe contractors to return and finish a job. Not such with Delerio. I should probably include the negatives as well. Of course, no project like this can be without issues. Our first, and biggest, was a problem with our decisions making it from the designer to the work teams. We had a few instances, with different seriousness, that occurred because of this breakdown in communication. The owner, Geno, quickly responded to each issue. And to his credit, I understand that he and his staff reworked the entire front end of the process. I guess ultimately, after the friendliness of the employees or the pleasantness of the experience, the real yardstick by which a project is judged is the final outcome. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and upgraded kitchen. If you read through this long-winded post, then I guess you won't be surprised to read that we strongly recommend Delerio Construction, so much so that if you our considering them for your project, ask them for my contact information. We have a 30 year old home, needs about everything done. We wanted to start with new windows in the front of our home, but weary of doing anything during this pandemic. Once I spoke to Delerio and was assured they had their own strict policies in place we proceeded. What a joke this company is. Saw them at the Fresno home show and talked to a sales representative for over 30 mins about what we were looking at doing, which included turning our front bathroom tub into a shower. Sales rep says this is no problem even with us wanting to keep the same tub as it's already a soaker tub. Again - no problem, even showed us pictures of different styles we can decide one, etc. Even started talking about maybe doing a full bathroom remodel. Everything was clear with the sales rep... tub turned into shower bathroom had window which we needed to keep. Again no issues. Waited for guy to come out today for a estimate, walked into our bathroom NEVER PUT DOWN HIS BAG and asked what we wanted. We told him we wanted to make this into a tub- shower combo, which he then starts said how it's going to be difficult but can be done just a extra price. BAD FEELS ALREADY!! He then processes to tell us what he would do which included ripping out the tub because the tub was old and they only remodel with new stuff. I told him we were never told that and even told the sales rep we wanted to keep the tub. He then starts bashing the sales rep saying they aren't the best people to talk to because they don't even do the work. at this point I tell him we are keeping the tub and he tells me that it would be impossible for anyone to remodel this into a shower while keeping the tub.. I then tell him we already have 2 different estimates so it is possible. His attitude changed and says oh, well our company doesn't do remodels like that. Then tells us he could just tile up from where the Existing tile is and go up to the ceiling or he could add a insert wall but it would block the window. WtF??? I literally asked him to leave and thanked him for wasting our time. What a huge joke he was. Seems the moment he found out he couldn't up sale a bathtub he was done. We will never do anything with this business and whats sad is all these 5 stars seems like this guy needs a new job. read more

My 1960s house needed new "up to date", good quality, energy efficient windows. My friend referred me to, Delerio Construction. I am soooo thankful for this recommendation. My house looks more "2020" now! I can see crystal clear through them when inside my house. When I'm outside you can hardly see inside. It's got a little solar tint to them. We had our children's bedroom windows replaced back in October 2017. We were hoping to get everything done before the holidays. We were a bit skeptical because of other company's such as Home Depot estimating the simonton windows to be in by late November & then whomever they contract to install the windows -the job probably wasn't going to be done until late December.... But Then I was referred to Brad by a family member who found out we were in the market for Windows. Brad was honest on a projected turn around time but not near months long like other places. He was easy to work with and the install team was very professional, efficient & cleaned up after...the whole team was very knowledgeable in the products they provide. Anyone I came into contact with at delerio was so courteous & professional. Great experience great products! On a side note we had went through Home Depot for a simonton French style slider back in August BEFORE we met Brad & delerio and that was barely installed late November. I contacted Delerio for a bathroom remodel. I told the salesman I wanted a larger shower area. What I got was a smaller shower that the original one. When I contacted Delerio during the installation process, their reply was "what if we give you a new toilet instead of waiting two weeks for a larger base to be made". I stupidly agreed. Getting their money was more important than giving the customer what the customer thought he was purchasing. On final inspection, the inspector did not notice the shelf that was installed upside down. Three shelves were installed one way, which to me seemed to be the correct way and one was installed upside down. read more

From the bidding process to the tearout to the final walkthrough these people are fantastic. Professional to the max. They have not only very professional and courteous workers, they assigned a Construction Superintendent by the name of Abel. This guy gave us his cell number for constant communication throughout the job. There was never a day where workers were not on the job. They cleaned up after each days work, and encouraged my wife's input along the way. Would we recommend Delerio or would we use them again? Absolutely! We have hired our share of professional remodel contractors, including those who televise. We found Delerio through Lowe's, not expecting much. We were completely surprised. Delerio solved all the problems we had in the past with contractors. The entire plan was outlined for us in advance down to every detail, all approved first. Mr. Delerio himself showed-up at the first meeting to ensure our wishes were not "over-reaching" either budget or what was reasonably accomplished. Then Abel the lead person was introduced who would manage the job. Everything went perfect, even the expected small delays which any homeowner should know come with any remodel job. Abel kept us informed, delivered on the promises and never over-promised, surprised us with an unexpected add-on, change, lack of person power, etc. which we had seen in the past. The people who worked on the job were top-notch at what they did, always on time and on-target with the work. The pricing was competitive for what we had done, in other words not so cheap as to require "cutting corners" but way less than the others we had used in the past.
