I have never written a review for anyone or anything, yet I am a huge review reader when purchasing. The remodeling process is such a big deal and we were so pleased with Delerio, I had to write one. I hope it helps someone with their decision making when choosing a contractor. We would/will definitely use them again. RECOMMEND in all caps for sure. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we found hiring a contractor a daunting task. We stumbled upon Delerio and after meeting them (our third bid), we decided to go with them. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive. Once the process began we couldn't be happier. Abel was our go to guy. He answered every call/text within minutes of our inquiry. He never made us feel like we were bother him or had a dumb question. He had ideas along the the way to make our project even better. The crews were extremely respectful of our home and our time. They were on our job EVERYDAY first thing in the morning. We have dogs and they went beyond to make sure they were safe and unstressed. Delerio's employees were always friendly and informative. Everyone knew what was going on at each stage of the process. They cleaned up every day and tried their best to contain construction dust as much as possible. Delerio's crew went out of their way to assist us in the projects we were taking on ourselves to save a few dollars even though they weren't getting anything out of it. These are genuine people who really care about their clients, projects, and reputation. Our beautiful kitchen came out better than we imagined it could. The project stayed within our agreed upon budget and timeline. These folks even came back on a Saturday midway through the project to help move appliances because they knew we were having family over for Easter. After going through Home Advisor and hiring CL Concrete to do a beautiful back patio with retaining wall and sidewalk from front to back and obtained a quality product, I decided to use Home Advisor one more time for our much needed Kitchen Renovation in a house that is over 30 years old and turned it over to Delerio Construction to get the process started. After comparing a few other Kitchen Renovators, Delerio Construction won out! As the process revved up and got in gear, we saw that the thorough explanation of their process provided the necessary overview of what was going to happen and what did happen! Now true, there can always be a hiccup in the best laid plans, but for the most part, things flowed in a logical fashion and if issues arose, details were discussed and necessary actions were put in place to resolve! Let me say this about Delerio Construction, you can't go wrong with their contracted work! You actually enter into the transaction knowing every step of the way because it does require your involvement! Years ago, in 2017, we went with Delerio to replace two windows in our spare room. We were happy with the results. Even when there was a sealing issue, they were on it within 24 hours. The price was reasonable and well within the going rates at the time. Fast forward to this year, 2024, and we decided we needed all new, energy-efficient windows throughout the house. Mind you, that's 15 windows. We did the installation in two phases; 8 first, 7 second. It worked out well even though there was a bit of a communication snafu, but nothing major at all. Every question I had, they answered in a timely manner. The first crew was great, very friendly, answered all my questions. The second crew, two days ago, were just as great. Installation went smoothly both times. Each time, the crews were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They even did a final walk-through with me. This is a company that does outstanding work. We interviewed two companies to do a complete bathroom remodel and this company impressed us not only with their pricing but their organized approach to getting the job done. They have their own supply warehouse so there are generally no long waits for materials. Jose F. and Manuel did the demolition work and there was not a single speck of dust anywhere after they completed in one day. John, the shower installer is absolutely amazing- very exact, constantly checking details with us and a very nice person to work with. Mike, assisted John with the plumbing that went along with the shower installation and was very good. Jose F. is also a master painter- he did an incredibly beautiful job matching paint, not leaving a single speck of paint anywhere and truly the kindest man. Abel Medina has the patience of a saint and was very supportive during the entire process. We hope to be working with them as we continue to do remodeling of our 35 year old home. read more

We are very pleased with the work Delerio Construction did for us! They did a full remodel, gutting down our kitchen and two bathrooms and doing a complete rebuild in an older home. Geno first came out to the house to find out what we wanted done. He then put a plan together so we knew what to expect. The job superintendent kept us informed as to what was to be done each day. He answered all of our questions completely and to our satisfaction. During construction, they discovered and fixed a water leak under the house and dangerous wiring in the kitchen that could have cost us thousands of dollars to get fixed. The construction team worked around our needs and schedule. The workers are skilled and experienced professionals. Geno checked with us frequently to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. In June, 2024 we decided to remodel our bathroom but the hard part was finding someone who does amazing work and who can be trusted because you are allowing them into your home. We finally decided on Delerio Construction as our contractor after meeting the owner and employees in person. Their work ethic and their attention to detail were outstanding and we appreciated the communication with them during the remodeling. We are so pleased with the outcome of the bathroom and now thinking about remodeling the kitchen in the future. I would recommend Delerio Construction to anyone who is thinking of having a bathroom remodel done. We're building a master suite addition to our home. It's a major 1,000 square foot custom project. We contracted with Delerio Construction to replace all of our windows, remodel our hall bath and our kitchen. All of the windows were installed in one day and we're very happy with them. We met with Geno to make both the bathroom and kitchen selections. The bathroom turned out beautiful. The kitchen also turned out as we had hoped- a beautiful, bright kitchen! All of the workers were professional, very respectful to us and our property and above all, they were very capable in their trade! We made some changes along the way and they were very accommodating. As with most contractors, there were a few times they had to reschedule due to employee illnesses or late arrival of ordered materials.
