Personable (she's a sweetheart that treats me like family) and reasonably-priced, she works with you and your budget and time frame. I moved to Sacramento from the Bay, and I really wish I had known about Neetu before purchasing my bridal/groom pieces (they were a mismatched mess). Thanks to Neetu, she helped me obtain a custom-made shawl, turban, and groom set. I was so happy with my wedding photos thanks to her! I've also purchased multiple outfits for various events (suits, gowns, lehngas). She always knows what suggestions to make based on trends and your comfort. I brought 6 in-laws (non-indian) to her store and she helped them pick out outfits based on their likes and sizes. Her tailoring services are always impeccable. Suggestion: Neetu is very popular for bridal services, so it's best to set up an appointment with her instead of walk-in. She's prompt at responding and she makes it a point to keep you posted on your purchased pieces. I will always come back here for all my Indian clothing needs! Highly recommend!

Luxe is in a large shopping center and upon walking in you're faced with a ton of home decor but don't let that fool you. In the back of this cute boutique they offer a ton of clothing, jewelry, and additional accessories that you wouldn't find in big box stores and I believe this is the reason why I tend to gravitate to small boutique shops. I was greeted the minute I walked in and both the owners were present. They were so friendly and kind when I inquired about these reputable denims that they were able to show me exactly where to find what I needed. The fitting rooms are large and spacious. So if you're like me, worried about jumping up and down to try on a pair of jeans, this place got you. I've been on the search for the perfect fit and low and behold Luxe had them in my size. Evidentially it's a popular size because everywhere I've gone, each store has had them but sold out. Price was what I expected and I was able to walk out with a whole outfit without breaking the bank. They post often on the Fb and IG and are very communicable if you're in search of a specific item or size. I definitely recommend.

This is the largest Goodwill I have been to. It's an ok Goodwill. They have a large selection of…read moredresses which is nice, but they did away with the dressing rooms in the past 12 months. I was falling in love with this good will till they took away the dressing rooms. I have also been to the Goodwill in downtown Sac and their dressing rooms are closed, unlike here they have been disassembled. It's such a shame that they got rid of them. I was more apt to buy more clothing when they had dressing rooms and you were able to try your new found treasures on. They do have a return policy. I can't recall how many days you have, maybe 3 days or so you can buy the clothing and then return them unworn with tags on and get your money back. I haven't done it as I'm afraid there will be a glitch in the system and they won't take the returns, like the tags were never on the item or they fell off and they won't accept the returns. I am just really skeptical of this new system. I've been here once since they took the dressing rooms away and everyone was in front of a mirror trying everything on over their clothing. That works for some items like sweaters, but the fitted items like dresses that's impossible, even if you wear all spandex, or maybe that would work. I haven't tried it. In the end I'm totally bummed about the lack of dressing rooms at goodwill and It's not likely I'll be back to shop here for clothing any time soon. The other thrift store I go to still have dressing rooms which make them more desirable. Today I was there to make a donation. They have a separate entrance for donations. It's out in back and today the guy was standing there with a bin ready to accept my donation. There were 2 cars in front of me who were just finishing up. They gave me enough time to get to the Goodwill Yelp page, but not long enough to check in. I had to do it after I made my donation. Today's donation was 6 bags of clothing. My husband and I went through our closet. I also went though my summer boxes and the things I haven't worn for over a year I donated also the clothing that I didn't think I'd wear this. Year either. I did find a blue and white top that I haven't ever worn, but now that I am a proud owner of blue slacks I kept it. It just doesn't go with black slacks and that's all I own. I guess I could have worn it with Jeans, but never did. It's on the dressy side and more appropriate for work. It is really cute. A short flowery sleeve and a button in back to make it more fitted as it sort of drapes on me and makes it airy. Parking, now that is a challenge if you want to get a spot up close. They were all taken today. It felt like they were having a sale or something as the parking lot was packed today, March 2 at Noon. They did have many spaces in back. Near the drop off donation spot and a few cars were parked over there. This location also has a buy by the pound option. They wheel out these carts and you can go through with them. This is a really cute throat activity. Everyone has to stand back till the cart is in place and they say go. People are on all sides of the cart with their hands in the air ready for them to say go. Granted you can get some really good deals this way. I used to go to one of them down near Arden that was by the pound and I used to buy baby clothing there and resell them for a good mark up on eBay. It took a lot of time and a lot of work that business. My home looked like a baby emporium. Since then I have moved on from that business. I'm guessing the one by Arden closed and this is their new location. This location is tricky to find, it's in an industrial area of West Sacramento near many business parks. Just use google maps and it will lead you right here. It is pretty close to the freeway so my parents find it really convienent and a great selection. I bought some zip lock sandwich bags here on my last trip. They were under $2 and it was a brand new box. That was the best treasure I got on my last trip.

Are you smoking crack? From $1.99, it went to $2.99? You could get it at the Dollar Tree for that price?

A unique gift for a friend you love, especially a girlfriend, although there are delights for everyone here. 2. A unique shopping experience. If you love a plethora of great stuff that makes you smile and think "this could be a great addition to my space/wardrobe/life", this is the place to go. 3. A unique addition to your wardrobe. Here's where they really shine. Carefully curated options, many distinctive and interesting and so very touchable (OMG their jackets!) that, if they align with you, are so very in reach of nearly every budget. I'm surprised over and over at how reasonable and almost cheap (in the money sense, not the style sense) their things are. 4. A shopping experience that makes you smile. So many smiles at The Hunny Club. 5. A beautiful funky space. The store is not large, but it's plenty big enough. But within it, well, we're back to something that makes you smile. 6. A warm presence. Zena (I think I got the name right) has been there each time I've shopped, on Saturday. She may work other days. I hope she does. She's stylish but in an approachable way. She is uniquely herself. And she has great energy. She won't follow you around. She will, however, answer questions with a lightness of spirit and warmth that can't be faked. I always hope she's working, and so far, she has been and it makes the visit better. 7. Cool shit. Nostalgia things. Provocative things "pussy power" stickers or something like that but definitely the word pussy is there. Subversive Sacramento stickers. Magic 8 balls on keychains. I'm sure things change, but I trust their eye and what they buy. 8. A soft landing place. Giant couch. Chairs. Resting spaces. Not gonna sum it up. Too many words already. The takeaway? Get your ass to The Hunny Club. You won't be sorry.
