All I have to say is--if you're thinking about getting an áo dài from Bargain Bin, DO IT! I had a custom áo dài made for my wedding in November 2025. The design was based on one of their in-store pieces, with a few personalized changes. Because my áo dài was custom and included lace, the lace differed from what was used on the store version. That actually made it feel even more special--truly like it was made just for me. I can't say enough good things about working with Linh. I don't live in Sacramento, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering multiple fitting appointments whenever I was in town. My friends and I stopped by here a few days ago looking for outfits for my friends upcoming Chinese New Year get together. We start looking at dresses and jackets. One of my friends and I were talking about how our big back would fit in the clothes we wanted because the clothes are not in US sizes. I'm a large in US sizes but had to look at 6x & 7x at the clothes I was looking at. The clothing I wanted weren't in any size I could fit so I had limited options. The owner did find a dress for me it was a shiny Gold dress. I tried it on and my friends and I agreed it was perfect! I purchased it and am happy with my option. My other friend purchased her dress here as well. The prices are a little high for the quality in my opinion, but I'm not sure if May make the dresses themselves. I would definitely shop here again and bring my friends because we had a great time shopping here. read more

We live in the Solano County area and where we live there aren't really any Asian stores, especially clothing boutiques, so we have to come to Sacramento for it. We can across this place and the owners were delightfully pleasant to work with. We were looking for the Ao Dai for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and didn't have much hope for one for me but to our surprise they had both for us! And even better they were very reasonably priced and we purchased it the same day! They were very accommodating, spent the time needed for us to pick out what we needed, and were very patient. The name is super unassuming. When you walk in, you'll notice that they sell ao dais (Vietnamese traditional dresses). They have wedding styles on the right side of the store that includes white and red ao dais. They also have ao dais with trains. I was told that they also do custom ao dais, but it would require several months' notice. They also sell more American style dresses as well. Prices overall seem very reasonable. They do also do minor alterations for dresses (maybe clothes in general?) at reasonable prices. They do have dressing rooms for you. Overall, I highly recommend! read more

I wanted some cheongsam/qi pao for myself and my girls for a party we were attending the next day. Previously purchased a few from Amazon and the quality was awful. Decided to stop her to check out what they had. They had very limited selected for cheongsam/qi pao for kids and woman but the guy working there was super helpful at helping us find sizes for the girls. The prices were a decent price compared to the ones from Amazon but with much better quality. I was told they get large inventory after Christmas/before New Year, so definitely will be returning here for our go-to cheongsam/qi pao shop! read more

Was helped by the son. They have a large selection to choose from. For the people that travel to visit the store they can help find your size and then ship to your home if needed. The son mentioned some of the ways they have helped customers and I was shocked they went out of their way. Being from the Tahoe area this is very helpful especially with the only ao dai store in the area. So much better than buying online, and way more helpful. I love this place!!! Do you know how hard it is to find an ao dai for a girl that wears a L/XL??? Trust me you really can't here in sac unless you place a custom made order which will take forever and probably cost more than what I paid for my 3 dresses here. I needed a last minute, already-made áo dài to wear to school in a few days (I'm a teacher). I knew custom áo dàis take forever to make so I found this place on Yelp. The woman there was super helpful, sizing me up without taking a single measurement. I walked out of there with a beautiful purple lace áo dài for $60 + tax. I wanted a 2nd áo dài with a different pattern but they didn't have my size. Regardless, I was thrilled! Being from Westminster (Little Saigon), I thought that I wouldn't be able to find a decent áo dài where I live now, but this place was a tremendous help! I went here with my daughter to look for ao dai for a wedding. Buying ao dai is already an ordeal on a hot summer day and Sacramento is very limited, so I was already dreading it. However, the owner was super helpful with sizing and picking out styles to try on. She even brought out the box of extra stock to make sure I see the options that were not on the racks. She was very patient and I did not feel pressured into buying anything. In the end, we bought two sets for our event.
