They have both email and SMS appointment confirmations now, and they are great about calling you if a slot you need opens up. The office itself screams kid-friendly. Kid-friendly movies play on the TV in the waiting room, as well as TVs placed over the chairs for the kids to watch as they get their teeth cleaned. As well, the office does regular prize drawings for the kids, which usually includes some pretty cool stuff like iPods, game systems, etc. As if that wasn't enough, kids leave with goodies bags with new toothbrushes, floss, tooth paste, stickers, trinkets, etc. Oh, and let's not forget to mention that all the hygienists can make balloon animals! Now, that may sound like a lot of superficial stuff, but the dental care here is also fabulous. They are gentle and patient with the kids, and they are great at distracting my two little ones while they are getting their x-rays, cleaning, and check-up done. Dr. Lambert is also great about letting you know what to expect., like at what age certain teeth will show up or when baby teeth will fall out. Overall, this is just a really great dentistry. I highly recommend them!

Normally the only thing that makes them this excited is Justin Bieber!! But today, they were giddy because I just told them that they had dentist appointments this morning. Besides the fact that they got to sleep in a little, they absolutely love the Dentist and in particular, Pediatric dentist, Dr. Lambert and his staff!! To them it is like an amusement park!! They get to watch movies, play video games, pick out treats, and even get a balloon animal when they are all done! Plus, don't forget the goodie bag before you leave or signing up to win the basket of new goodies every month for NO cavities!! Some where amid all the fun they also get their teeth cleaned, x-rayed, and a cavity check up! They have been going there every six months for 5 years and they still get just as excited about going as they did the first time!! And for you parents, they stock a fresh supply of People Magazines in the waiting room, email, call, and mail you a note to remind you of appointments, send bday cards to the kids, and I have never been there more than 35 minutes from start to finish.

DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly it takes me a lot to leave a business a negative review. I have given…read morethis place 3 chances and today was the final straw. I have never been treated so rudely before from any dentist. My son has sensory issues orally. I had explained this many times before. He needed spacers put in. First, Dr Austin never called to tell me the spacers were in. The mold was done in November. They didn't call me until Feb. I explained he would need nitrous as he is anxious. They said he didn't need it. Well guess what? They couldn't put the spacers in because he was freaking out. He asked to see me and she said no it's against the rules I am not a dentist and my son said "yeah but she will help me relax" she said no. 10 min later she comes out frustrated telling me he won't allow her to put it in. I said the last dentist used laughing gas and got a spacer in she said NO that won't work. I said well it did before she said No. I asked what next steps were she said NONE. I asked if I paid for the spacer she said I would have to talk to billing and stormed off. She claims she has a lot of sensory kids. I call BS. The reason I gave one star is because of the billing woman and the front desk staff. They are nice and I am shocked that they still work there. But they are the saving grace of her practice. I would do your research and if your kid has any kind of sensory issues or challenges or fears around dentist she is not the one for you. There are plenty of others in the area that will work with you and not leave you high and dry.

They were patient, nice and made both my kids feel comfortable. Daughter needs further work, and they were very helpful in helping me find the appropriate orthodontist for further treatment. Receptionist is not very friendly, doesn't seem like she wants to be there and when you work with kids you want them to feel welcomed and comfortable she's the first one you see when you come in the office and then last one you see when you leave. Everyone else was excellent. I would recommend this office. Great first visit.

I would give them zero stars if I could…read more I'm a bit shocked to be writing this, but I feel that I should share my personal experience with Clifton Dental Care. Unfortunately, it is not a good one. I totally can empathize that emergencies happen. While they will tell you (and probably respond to this post) that I'm a "monster", it's quite the misunderstanding. In my opinion, if there is a personal emergency it's best to go take care of what you need to do. Context: I first had a scheduled for optional dental work October 16th. I was given proper reminders on October 14th for an upcoming appointment. It was mere hours when I was called to be informed I must be moved as Dr Lowe must provide anesthetic, and she had a personal emergency. Fine. I understand and had no problem. Unfortunately, I had moved all of my meetings / took time off for this planned 2 hour visit and considered it an unfortunate event. My next appointment date was scheduled for Monday, November 4th, three weeks after the originally planned date. I again take another half day off on the 4th. I was given prompt reminders, and a bizarre "warning" text a week out that failure to cancel in a 24 hour period of time would end up in a $100 cancellation. Ironic, but I sent a text back to confirm, ensuring that I would be there for this visit. Less than a business day before on Friday, November 1st in the afternoon, I receive another call from Clifton Dental Care. The receptionist informs me that due to another emergency, I must be moved again up to the 19th of November. Shocked - and time-constrained - I did in fact have more questions asked than answers and expressed concern. Again, I couldn't believe I found myself in another reschedule, another afternoon already approved to take off, zero consultation of a new date. It was as if they assumed that I could simply rebook meetings, work travel, etc. for this optional dental work. I simply stated (and, fairly, firmly) it was unacceptable. Sure, my frustration was noted, and I wanted to get in this same week of the cancellation if possible, or not at all. They left a message an hour later and, miraculously, got me in November 8th. I took a final half day off. November 8th comes - they complete the work, all goes very well. It was cordial, perhaps a little tense... sure, but fine. I paid for the work, and was sent on my way with after care instructions. Today, November 13, I received a MAILED LETTER stating "based on your recent interactions with our office, we think it's the best next step to find a new dental home where you will feel most comfortable, and perhaps you feel that way too." So... I guess my cleaning scheduled for December 12th isn't happening. How unprofessional. If you have a problem or we had a tense moment, state it in person; you were in the same room with me. Or, give me a call to express your feelings. Let me know that you felt offended, and please the provide me with more context so I understand why I was pushed so many times. In fact, maybe I was in the wrong, and I could have apologized. But this passive aggressive approach so unprofessional, especially without any concern for a patient taking a day and a half of PTO and having to cancel, reschedule and adjust meetings myself. Again, I must be clear: I absolutely understand things happen, but this is not how you treat patients, period. A gaslight soliloquy on mailed letterhead does not solve the issue. I've been to many medical professionals and have never been treated this poorly. I'm afraid that I will **never** recommend Clifton Dental Care to anyone. What an unfortunate experience.
