She was patient and even said I could show her the IG pics if I couldnt remember the names of the dishes. I use to see the two brothers and not sure if she was the sister at the front..but they always made sure everything was good..the last 3 times I've been there I haven't seen them I'm not sure if it's under diff management. But let me tell you my sandwiches have been so trash lately..they forget to add the tomato or onions or last time the cheese! I ordered a turkey lettuce tomato on a roll when I got to my sandwich it was just lettuce and turkey like what??! It is appalling that I even have to give this place one star. They deserve zero. The man on the phone tried to deflect from the fact they totally did not get this sandwich right and tried to point at the fact he didn't charge us, knowing he was going to send us a mystery sandwich and assumed I would be happy about my lack of choice in that decision. He was very disrespectful to a woman and personal chef, did not want to receive feedback about what makes a sandwich a Caprese panini and proceeded to mansplain, interrupt me and then continue to talk right over me until my bf had to get on the phone. They did not offer to fix the issue whatsoever so they will never receive my business. I would rather pay $18-20 for a proper sandwich made that matches my order. That "pesto aioli" he tried to sell me as pesto when it was just dried oregano flakes mixed into mayonnaise was the cherry on top of his lying assumptive face. read more

Under new management for about 1 yr now. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, paninis and spanish food dishes. Now I only gave them three stars because they are slow, slow register service, slow deli service, slow lottery service...just straight slow. Nice friendly people, hopefully they get there groove in running a deli and step up the pace. Oh and they are a little pricey with the products they sell, but then I guess that what's expected when you need something last minute and have to run to the corner deli. read more

I've always wanted to come here bc of the great reviews. However, management has changed and these reviews are old. I arrived last Sunday afternoon (Father's Day) and ordered a BLT, and a salsalito turkey, egg, and provolone cheese sandwich. The man working the deli was the only person working in the entire store. He didn't know what salsalito turkey was. He wrote down my order (I decided on regular turkey) and I walked outside bc my car was illegally parked. I was outside for about 15 mins. When I walked back inside the store he was checking customers out bc again, he was the only person working in the entire store. He didn't know the prices of certain items and had to call someone over the phone to verify. I walked to the deli counter and noticed he had cooked eggs, two slices of bacon, and bread on the counter, one next to the other. I was confused but decided to give the man the benefit of the doubt. He finished checking the customers out and continued making the sandwich. He then tried to give me an egg and bacon sandwich. He forgot what my order was even after he wrote it down. Great deli experience, the owner is on hand every day and puts love in everything he makes. Large selection of everything, cereal, beer, fruits and vegetables, soda, juice, deli meats and the best sandwiches. Nice little small 24hr deli with the essentials along with a grill. While there someone was getting two really great looking Philly Cheese Steaks. You can find beverages, ice cream, not sherbet (that's what I was looking for), newspapers, snacks, strong beverages (alcohol), and little small items you might need to grab quickly at odd hours. I ordered from doordash and they forgot to put in my steak sandwich combo my deliver came but only got one order not my other order I called them to tell them they forgot my sandwich I told please no lett no tom no onions or peppers amd still they got my order wrong and put onions and peppers I called back yet again and they wont refund me or give me the correct order instead they told me next time be more specific which I did, I will never order from this place again for them to forget my order the 1st time and get the wrong order 2nd time and for them to say they cant do anything about it really sucks smh read more

So I've eaten from this place before, I've had a few of their sandwiches and some of their breakfast items. Today I decided to switch from their eggs and home fries to an order of pancakes. Huge mistake! I can honestly say this is the worst order of pancakes I've ever had. It's about time there is a good sandwich shop that also delivers in this neighborhood. I didn't know what to expect for the quality of meats and so forth but their menu put me at ease. The menu is quite large and there is so much to choose from. The burgers and sandwiches are great. The delivery was fast and the person that we spoke to to place our order was nice to deal with. This is probably the best Hispanic deli grocery store on Myrtle Ave, Queens ! They have super fast service and are super kind to their customers. Make sure that if you're ever in the queens area you stop by and check them out. When you walk in there's music playing, which is very multicultural by the way. They play various songs that are in style and keep you entertained while you wait for your food or groceries. I love this place and finally found my new spot. read more

I honestly go into most deli's thinking that i will just order a regular sandwich and get out of there ASAP. This was a deli that I actually wanted to stay longer in. The length of there menu was inspiring, with over a hundred different meals, all made fresh in front of you. They have a lot of different options, but i wouldn't even spend time ordering a regular sandwich or cheeseburger. their specialty sandwiches are extraordinarily creative, (and sorry to say it) DeliLicious. I would definitely recommend the Post-Hangover sandwich, it is my favorite so far. And if you do visit this place, talk to the people behind the counter. The entire shop is run by one small family, and they are all really nice and pleasant to talk to. This is our favorite new deli! I've only placed orders for delivery but they have awesome breakfast sandwiches. I've tried both the hero & the whole wheat wraps and both are equally delicious. The heros have sesame seeds and both are served panini style which I love. With every breakfast sandwich you get a free 8oz coffee. Also, the pancakes are pretty awesome. You get 3 medium sized topped with butter & powdered sugar...yummy! (We definitely don't miss our old crowded bagel place anymore that never delivered.) Cutesie little names on the sandwiches, but this place has changed greatly since the opening. First, they give you whatever bread or roll the have around, rather than what's on the menu. Secondly, the sandwiches have one piece of cold cut and one slice of cheese...that's it! When they first opened, the sandwiches were great, and have a lot of filling. Not anymore - the sandwiches are 10% filling and 90% bread. Not a wise way to treat steady customers. If the sandwiches improve, I'll go back.
