That's not the result you expect at that price point. Pretty sure they were injecting it into their own faces. Punctuality is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes much longe- up to an hour... For my most recent visit, I confirmed my appointment two days in advance and was told there was no one scheduled before me, yet I still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. There are plenty of places offering better results, better transparency, and better respect for your time for far less money. I wouldn't return.

However, the scars sit above the crease -- especially on the right side and are more visible than I was led to believe. I understand that all surgery involves scarring, but my concern is that the placement and appearance of these scars do not match what I was told during the consultation. When I brought this up during a follow‑up visit, I felt dismissed. The surgeon physically backed away from me as I explained my concerns, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable.
