Had a "coup me" for this business. Went about a month ago and had botox and laser hair removal. Have had both before and both treatments were very good. Went back for second visit on same coupon and had a facial and back facial. Service was great - it was 2 hours of the most relaxing treatment and massage in a long time. Rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Only drawback was there was no head/face rest so lying on my stomach for an hour was a little uncomfortable on my neck. However, the great massage made me get over it very quickly. Nicole was the aesthetician and she was wonderful. Great facials and massages. Check this place out - you'll be happy. While I haven't actually gotten any services through them, I just have to post that I and my friend saw some great Groupons for this place. I have an appt. already booked with my dermatologist and this, even with only being allow ONE Groupon per NEW customer (my friend hasn't been there in over a year and I was told she could not get a Groupon), this would have saved me about $300-$400. I tried calling but could never get them and their hours were all over the place. I emailed, got an email back and was told to call them. I asked them to please call me. I got a vm from Patty, which I called right back. When asking about the Groupon, I was told by Patty they have NOTHING to do with the Groupon. I thought that was strange. I found Patty to be unprofessional and borderline rude. I told her she had lost this place a potential customer or two. I'm keeping my appt. with my dermatologist. read more

I got a groupon for 40 units of botox.. i have had botox several times before. I was disappointed in the results. I have had better results using less botox. And considering this was 4th time with botox (1st here) I would have expected 40 units to be more than enough. The results that I got seem like 28 to 30 units not 40. The last time I got it done I only had 35 units and it looked better than when I got it done here. With that said. The lady who waited on me was very nice and friendly. I really did not want to write this review, because I did like her so much. But considering I am going to book a second appointment with someone else to get the results I usually get (which I shouldn't have to do), I thought I would let people know. read more

Bought a groupon for Botox last Fall. Dr. Hamel worked on me and she did a great job. Went back again a few weeks ago and once again I am very happy. This time I saw Jeannie. She was great! They don't over do the Botox and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Drop by their offices and you will find them always closed. I ended up walking into Body By Design in the medical building around the corner because I just moved to Norwood from Brookline and I was referred to that location as well. Marty at Body by Design was very professional and did an amazing job!!!! I am suspicious that all of Medical Lasers bad reviews are "filtered" .....A company that does not allow someone to give their honest review should not be in business - that is fraud. Came in to have some filler done- had to much product put into my cheeks and side of mouth were I couldn't or talk I looked deformed -make an appointment and they made me wait 4 days to see me and its not like they were to busy and they always mark your chart as to where they inject..so I go in and the doctor tells me my cheek looks like that from sinus infection...and the pin hole mark on my cheek way from a year old injection im no doc but really-just admit you messed up and move on -but they said they never did my checks,,, for that reason alone I would never go back and advise anyone be careful here there are too many place that do this.. to have a amichure mistake like this a sinus infection... and injection make lasting over a year come on.... read more

I had some pigmentation on my face and was suggested to get a laser treatment that would take care of my pigmentation. I paid $200 and the result was horrible. Not only my pigmentation was not gone it got worse. They had me sign all kinds of paper work before land so they are not liable for any damage and refund. read more

I just wanted to add an update of my results so far. I have actually went for my 2nd visit about 3-4 weeks ago and brought my Mom to get the same service because she noticed such a great improvement in my skin. So today we again for her second visit. We both had the same positive results. Definitely a huge difference, the dark bigger spots are either entirely gone or faded. I no longer wear liquid foundation to cover my spots although I still wear a sheer powder foundation for work or if I'm going out but on a normal day I don't even have to wear any. The lighter pigments that are still left and aren't as noticeable as before but I still want to get rid of it so I mentioned that to the the doctor and she did said the lighter ones are harder to go away and may take longer and suggested chemical peel to even it out. I get microderms regularly so I'll continue to do that. My mom's pigments were darker than mine to begin with and she received several compliments. We'll definitely keep going as needed. read more
