If I could go zero stars I would. I contacted this company to do a wedding cake. I reached out by…read morephone and was able to take to the owner. I was assured that she would be able to make it but would not be able to deliver due to her busy schedule. I was told I would have to pick it up the day before the event, which I was fine with but it would have to be later on in the day. She assured me that it was fine and that she was flexible. 3 weeks before the event I was notified that I can pick it up the day before the event but it would have to be in the morning. Which was not what we agreed to. (Apparently she does not remember the conversation). I pleaded with her but with no luck. In the panic I called around to see if anyone could pick it up in my place and I found someone. But before I could tell the owner she refunded me. (This all happened within a 10 hour time frame) And after 3 calls and 2 emails she finally reached out saying that she will no longer be working on my cake. Even after I told her I was able to find someone she declined and left me 3 weeks from a wedding with no cake.
