Her partner Amy was local to the Northern Virginia area and showed up the next morning as promised and did an excellent job: 1) Amy was very calm, insightful, and guided us nicely (as did Karen remotely) 2) Amy took good care of our family (7 people) and trained us on how to be ready for later stages and if it were to ever occur again. She also showed us with side by side training to save us money since we had a few people and since we need to do it on our own a few days later and provided us with a helpful step by step guide and pictures. I would say that price wise they are a little higher than others BUT totally worth it. These situations are never easy and to have highly responsive (phone, text, email) team, super kind and friendly people, and calming personas makes a huge difference with both kids and adults of all ages!
