Unfortunately, if I was sitting down and wanting to enjoy the flavors more and appreciate each ingredient, then this wouldn't be my pick. The bulk of their biz is meal prep and nutrition planning - and they seem to have a strong clientele of Rochesterians. I think it makes everything taste like diet chalk. I am pleased to report my banana shake did NOT taste like chalk, and I downed the whole thing throughout the course of an afternoon. I am grateful for anything that includes calorie counts these days. As I am aiming to be a bit more mindful about how much I am consuming in a given day (and of what!) this is really helpful. Given that we're home so much, I haven't had an issue making time for meal planning and grocery shopping.
