It was well packaged with insulation and freezer pack. My food was still frozen. I also sent some to friends in the Boston area and their box arrived perfect to. It's really nice. All the entres are individually packed and LABELED in Laos and English. There is a QR code to link to the heating instructions. For the monthly special (Deep Fried Fish in a tomato sauce) they provide written instruction instructions. I signed up for the monthly subscription which include 3 meals which you can select yourself or let them choose. It's been a while so I picked my favorites- the sweet jerky meal, the pork noodles and the monthly special. As always it is fabulous. More to good news is that there are a number of lower carb options. You can get the jerky and spicy sausages without rice. Or the protein (chicken or fish ) steamed in banana leaves. Or the classic minced chicken salad. Or the spicy red curry. I was told that they specifically selected items that would travel and freeze well. They hit the mark. Over time I Have worked my way through almost the entire menu. I could personally vouch for other items that freeze and reheat well- sometimes better in the air fryer.
