The ambiance was great, the bar was spacious, and the service was top-notch. Everyone ordered something different, and of course, I had to sample a little bit of everything from my family's plates just to see if the hype was real... and let me tell you, nothing missed. Every single dish was amazing. I ordered the three chicken wings with macaroni and cheese and collard greens, and it was hands down some of the best I've ever had--so good it made me question my own cooking! It was only me and still charged gratuity. Although I'm ok with that. But thats probably why they don't care to service guests. Catfish 4 ...was fresh and good. Greens 1 ...terrible. Had more meat than greens. Dressing 0...they use boxed stuffing. Dressing and stuffing are not the same. Gross Wait time... i had a reservation but because the bar was open, I sat at the bar to relieve a table for a busy Sunday. There was no wait for the bar. But about 30-40 min wait for food. Also overheard a person ask for a drink nonalcoholic. They accidentally put alcohol in it and said "it's just a splash" to one another and still served it to the person. They watched the person take a sip and laughed together. That was not funny at all. You never know what journey a person is on if they requested non alcoholic. They need to get it together. I was just visiting for the weekend and this behavior is unacceptable.
