I initially thought the irritation was simply from the bleach, so I gave it two days to see if it would calm down. Instead, my scalp became extremely red and irritated, with pus coming from multiple areas of my scalp. I was extremely upset and honestly livid, but I chose to remain professional. What made the situation especially disappointing was that Shannon is a manager. I would expect someone in that position to take extra care with both the service and the client's safety. I also noticed that Shannon did not show me the back of my hair before I left, which I now understand because the color was uneven and the result was not properly finished. My hair wasn't even completely blow-dried. **Now, Yarelis deserves 5 stars. ** She took the time to listen to me, helped correct the situation, and genuinely cared about getting my hair to a result I was happy with.
