I wish I could give zero stars because I had an extremely disappointing experience with Delisa Waste Services. For three weeks in a row, our trash was not picked up--without any explanation or communication. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Instead of helping, the representative raised their voice and was dismissive, essentially telling me they didn't care about resolving the problem. To make matters worse, when the driver finally did come, they deliberately threw our trash can in front of our driveway, blocking it, instead of placing it back where it was left on the sidewalk. This felt intentional and completely unacceptable. Due to the repeated missed pickups and poor customer service, I canceled my service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be advising others to avoid them as well. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. They are TRASH!!! read more

We think these guys are great. We use them for pickup at our business location both trash and cardboard in Howell. ALL of their drivers are friendly and helpful and they NEVER EVER miss a pick up day. Highly recommend their services. Their customer service is always nice and helpful as well we use their roll off dumpsters quite often they always drop off when they say as well as pick up. We have had MANY trash companies over the years, yes pretty much ALL of them and by far this company and these people are the best 5 Stars doesn't do them enough justice! read more

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. During a move, I had placed the typical "move trash" to the curb. Some of which was taken, the rest of the bagged material was thrown all over the front yard. The most unprofessional company in regard to hearing customer feedback well. Dealing with this company is like dealing with insolent children. I would never recommend this company to anyone and given the opportunity I will pass this on to others in the hope they change companies. Thankfully there are other companies that will take the business away from Delisa. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT DECENT SERVICE. read more
