When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Instead of helping, the representative raised their voice and was dismissive, essentially telling me they didn't care about resolving the problem. To make matters worse, when the driver finally did come, they deliberately threw our trash can in front of our driveway, blocking it, instead of placing it back where it was left on the sidewalk. This felt intentional and completely unacceptable. Due to the repeated missed pickups and poor customer service, I canceled my service. Their customer service is always nice and helpful as well we use their roll off dumpsters quite often they always drop off when they say as well as pick up. We have had MANY trash companies over the years, yes pretty much ALL of them and by far this company and these people are the best 5 Stars doesn't do them enough justice!
