Worker was very rude when-my husband asked why the price to stitch patches on his gi went from 11 dollars to 20. He offered no explanation, simply said "20 dollars". We don't need attitude when patronizing a business. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. This place was absolutely horrible. Workers are very rude!! I have had several pants burned and stained. I also had them dry clean my winter coat and they burned the sleeves as well as the zipper was completely missing! I went back to the cleaners to show them and the little Asian woman at the front just replied " I don't know" and continued to just stare at me. She offered no solutions, no apologies nothing at all! They burned our daughters pants that she wears for her school uniform. Then said that we did not pay. Argued until his wife came in and confirmed we did. He then said he will call the police if we don't leave and we can take him to court. We will not be coming back. Ever. It is a $40 pair of pants that easily can be replaced, and all he needed to do was apologize, but no, he further escalated. I rarely write good reviews though I am trying to remedy that. I have been going to Delite Cleaners forever (20+ years) and have always gotten good prices and friendly service. Today I had what I considered an emergency. My nephew's shirts and clothes were in my car over a week, (I was supposed to drop them off at the cleaners) but I had forgotten. He texted me in the morning saying he had a formal event to attend and needed the clothes by 5:00 sharp. I was panicked, since it was Saturday at 11 and I had 7 shirts and 2 suits to clean---(I had no idea which clothes he would wear). I called ahead and the owner told me to bring them in. I showed up about 3 (2 hours earlier than promised) and the owner told me that their machine had broken down earlier and my clothes were not ready. I was pretty panicked, but before I could react, he told me that he had taken my clothes to a neaby cleaners to get them done! and he would dry there right away and pick them up. WOW! No one had ever done that before for me. My clothes were in my hand by 3:30 and the owner smiled as he said you know you came early! What a wonderful experience to have someone take care of me like that. I highly recommend Delite Cleaners to anyone that loves great service. BTW My Nephew Looked Great In His Suit AND WAS Happy Though He Never Knew How Close He Came To Not Having Clothes to Wear. read more

They were terrible. They destroyed a white Blazer and stained many of my shirts. The owner then was rude as I expressed my frustration. He was able to remove a stain they created but refused to refund my money. No stars. read more

This cleaners is the worst . I had several blazers cleaned and two of them were messed up. One blazer was completely destroyed. My blazer is now left with a huge hole that was not there when I dropped it off. I am a White collar worker and the owner insinuated I put some chemicals such as battery acid on my jacket which caused the hole when it was cleaned. The owner offered no solution other than to take him to small claims court. I was not even offered the cost of my cleaner bill or the replacement cost of my blazer. I will never return, and I advise you shouldn't either unless you want to end up with shredded clothes. Poor customer service by the owner. By the way this was my first experience with the cleaners. I guarantee it will be my last. read more

I have been going to Delite Cleaners for well over 10 years. My husband and I are heavy use customers. Delite was on my way to work when I worked in Livonia. I no longer work in Livonia but insteak drove approx 10 miles to still take my cleaning to Mr. O and his team of great people. They have cleaned hundreds of sweaters, shirts, coats and even repaired a leather sofa cushion. I am one very loyal customer. Delights prices are very good too. read more

His front staff is friendly, professional, greet you with a smile on their face and they know your name/phone number...If their is an issue with your item/s, they will correct the issue without a charge... I've been going to this cleaner 10 year's plus they have never been A1 just convenient I've had minor problems like giving them an item with a stain on it and when I got it back it still had same stain on it they would take it to the back remove it never was given a discount nor did I ask for one but like a dummy I returned with some leather pants I wanted altered I was explaining to the clerk I didn't see the new alterations which he didn't either he went and got the owner which has to be the rudest little Korean man in the world tells me his customer of 10 years you just want something for free leave and never come back ,take me to court smh unacceptable! ! read more
