The team was extremely polite, professional, hardworking, and performed high-quality work. We also asked them to do a couple of tasks: one to refine the job; the other was a repair. They graciously did so with quick response. Our neighbor even came over to see the result and she was also impressed. This was a big lighting project that was on our to-do list for a long time, and we were nervous since it's all new to us. The stove overheated from day 1. I just made my 5th phone call to get my warranty work done (all purchases come with 60 day warranty) After nearly 4 months and 4 calls, someone finally came out to look the stove, and I was told a part would be ordered. 3 weeks later, I made my fifth phone call for the same gentleman to ask me what brand it was, and a slew of other questions that he should have remembered from coming out to look at it. Im now being told to call them back once I have all this info about the stove and then they would order the part they were supposed to order 3 weeks ago after coming out to the house. REDICULOUS!!!
