Bought my 2022 CF Moto Uforce 1000 there. No problem. Two years later wanted to do some upgrades.........nothing but problems. 1. Made appointment as I can't be without it here around the farm. 2. They postponed me due to too much work. 3. Dropped in off as instructed on a Saturday ready to be worked on the next week. 4. Heard nothing from them for two weeks then got a call saying it was too dirty to work on...........duh, you postponed me so I used it after I'd thoroughly cleaned it for your......charged me $125.00 to wash it!!! 5. Heard nothing for another week, called them, was assured it was coming in the next week to work on and be done end of next week (already well over a month after it was originally scheduled for the work.)!!!! 6. Heard nothing, called the end of that next week was assured it would be done next week. 7. They called and said the easy work was done like tune up but the upgrades were probably not going to be done as the bolts were rusty!!! I blew up.......told them the easy work was supposed to be done after the upgrades, not before. They said they'd do the upgrades but it would double their estimate......I said "whatever, just get the the d*^m thing done. 8. Went to pick it up, one of the upgrades was a new skip plate system. They handed me a big box of parts they said didn't fit my machine and sent me off. 9. Turns out they'd only installed 2 of the 5 sections they were supposed too. I had to install the other parts!!!! Their excuse............they work on 7 different models and sometimes they don't see each model often enough to remember what they're working on!!!! SO SAD!!!!f In the end I got it back 2 months after it was originally scheduled and cost me twice as much............NEVER AGAIN. read more

I came to Delmarva Power Sports in May 2019 just before the company was getting ready to move to their new location. I knew what I was doing and what I wanted when I entered the door, so it was just a matter of working out details of the ordering process. I ended up working with Mike Vane, to get my 2019 FJR1300 ordered and shipped from Seattle, WA all while beating the MSRP from Yamaha. Mike did his due diligence and kept me apprised once the order was accepted, the bike was shipped and when it arrived. When Mike called once the bike was at the shop he asked if I'd prefer them to build it at the old shop in the days remaining that week or have it sent over to the new shop where they'd start working the following week. Since I already have a 2013 FJR, I told him just to take care of it once they were at the new shop. I picked my bike up as scheduled and everything was taken care of quickly for my financing and such by Danielle. The entirety of the sales through financing process was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for anything more. During my break-in period for my bike I noticed a slight shift when stopping aggressively. I called the shop about it the next day and got in right away for them to take a look. This section of my bike was pre-assembled by Yamaha, so it had nothing to do with the build. Most of the service department was involved going through the front end with a fine toothed comb. They were able to determine a couple of issues and resolved them for me expediently and without a cost to me. I have to say I'm a very happy customer and have been impressed with the family-run atmosphere at Delmarva Power Sports! The people here are very nice, but the service after the sale is non-existent. I have a warranty issue that could be resolved with the manufacturer of the winch but the service department keeps forgetting to make the calls, contact the manufacturer, and or get the tool needed to fix the winch. It has been over 3 months since i first contacted them about the issue. Whenever i call or stop by, it's like starting from scratch trying to get the winch fixed. They readily admit they forgot or tried but couldn't find the right part. After 3 months id think they would offer to replace the broken winch, still under warranty, but no. I keep getting the run around. Nice facility, but at this point I will probably never take my Honda UTV there again. If you cant take care of a small issue, you certainly can't handle a big one if it ever happens. read more

I took a Harley trike there for a Md. Inspection, my first mistake. They admitted they didn't know anything about trikes and I would have to pay for them to learn while they "fixed" what they taught was wrong. A Sportster had an aftermarket trike kit installed and the manufacturer stopped using bushings after a certain year and my trike was new enough to be included. They failed the trike because of no bushing and thought it was unsafe, which it turns out it is not. Granted, they are used to two-wheelers and really have no business fooling with trikes, esp Harleys. So if they don't know anything about them, how would they know if it passed an inspection or not? lol. With their experience on cycles it's an honest mistake I guess. But it just caused me so much frustration. I called the place where I bought it, they called the manufacturer and it was fine the whole time. I should have known better but I was in a hurry and really didn't expect them to find anything wrong especially this huge. (That was the only thing they "found") I have been there multiple times when I owned a Suzuki and don't recall any major bad issues. Lesson learned: take a Harley to a Harley dealer or at least a place with experience with Harley's and care about their profession and their customers. read more

Horrible, worst experience I've ever had and I've been working on bikes me whole life, took 2 weeks thon and call somebody get tires, 4 days they sat with NO phone calls, I call the on hold for 20min. I had to drive all the way down tontine to speak to somebody to get the tire mounted, nothing but excuse's pick up a phone, No one there with any management skills the I saw, just a bunch of young snooty kids, service ha, I feel sorry for the owner, so when dropped the rim off last Tues. it only had one bearing in it, my plan was to replace them both, tonight he says " I cant balance these with only one bearing, A) he didn't plan on balancing it in the first place, Its was just miss coordination on there end had they kept some kind of schedule, works cant describe how Pissed I am, $555 worth of tires and get treated like that, I have several customers that want there bikes restored, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE I'LL BE SPENDING THERE MONEY read more

One star is more than they deserve. I wish I could post a photo of their tire service. Carried new tire and spoke rim for tire installment. After one ride, tire went flat. Took back and they admitted to pinching tube. Replaced tube. Bike sat with oil leak for a while. After two rides tire went flat. Took wheel assembly to another shop. He showed me the chewed up bead that was hidden inside of rim. About 12-14 inches of bead was torn loose from the inside of tire. The integrity of these people are the lowest. They jeopardize the safety of a rider with hidden maintenance damage. When I confronted the service manage, (too young for the job), he denied any fault. If you want a safe ride DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! read more

Horrible service had a screw on the engine break and bolt fell inside. Took it there to get them to remove the bolt as the side of the engine needed to be removed. I have been there three times regarding the issue and they never do fix it. Oil still blows out of the Engine they put a new gasket in there each time and somehow keep managing to break it when putting the engine together. I have contacted them about this and they stated that of course its not their fault and charge me each time. I would never recommend getting service done there. Mechanics have no idea what they are doing. read more
