No one likes having to take their car to the auto body shop... Usually it's because you've been in an accident, and that's enough to put anyone in a foul mood. These guys helped me feel about as good as I could feel under the circumstances... After the accident, my insurance company recommended John Pledger's. I didn't know anything about them previously. My car was drive-able, but I was concerned because the driver's side door was bent open just enough to let rain in. When I called John Pledger's, a very kind fellow (who I would talk to often during the process -- I hate to say it but I can't remember his name) gently told me not to worry -- they'd come tow the car immediately to the shop. They carefully assessed the damage and took care of everything with my insurance company. The kind gentleman I mentioned earlier was always happy to answer any questions I had. He also showed my more car-savvy fiance (and my dad, too!) the damages and explained the repairs. The whole repair took about 2-3 weeks, which I thought was a bit much (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but this may be very normal for body work... After I took my car home, my car would not start the next day. John Pledger's staff wasted no time in coming to my aid! They came right to my house and replaced the battery! I also had a problem later getting the little gas cap door to open, so I called John Pledger's again... They were very concerned about my problem and apologized profusely that it wasn't fixed quite right during the repair. I understand that sometimes things like this happen, though, and I was happy that they eagerly took care of it right away. To sum up, my car looks good as new with a perfect paint job! And I very much appreciate their coming to my rescue! read more

This body shop thinks they know what they are doing , because the way they speak to you . Took my car their and took for ever to do a rear bumper . Picked up the car and the paint didnt match , also car was dirty from inside and tires flat . Before this incident they had done another car i own . They painted the rear bumper and now its pealing and taps that hold the bumper are also broken . I have not found not one good bodyshop in the area !! BEWARE !! read more

The deer caused slight damage, however I decided that while the car was in for repairs I would ask them to address some other dents/blemishes. I must say that I was impressed with the turnout. March of 2016, I had someone back into my wife's car in a Walmart parking lot. My dad recommended John Pledgers, as he had work done there before, and was happy with them. Very easy to get an appointment, and the car was finished within four days (minor damage). Good repair and the color matched perfectly. Price was very reasonable, and they were very helpful regarding the insurance claim I had filed. I was actually able to pay them for the repair and cancel the claim with our insurance company. Smart! (their recommendation and about the same cost as our deductible!). Doing it that way will most likely save us money in the long run. Their facility does not look impressive, but don't let that throw you off. Nice guys who know what they are doing. read more
