I'm an international traveler used to luxury hotel and villa. This one is average at best with low level of services. But the worst is to come: When we arrived we discovered next door a construction site starting at 6:45am every morning until 4pm. Noise was over 110db which is like being in a nightclub but in your bedroom. We couldn't stay in the villa all day. It looks like Luxury Rental Group was well aware of the situation (they confirmed over the phone and email) before we arrived but: 1) decided not to inform us 2) refused to refund us arguing that in on small clause of the contract they are not responsible for the noise of construction After hours of discussion, they agreed to give us a 30% discount without. And then, they reached out few days after charging their mind through their lawyer telling us 1) they will only reimburse if we remove our reviews 2) they would sue us for what they qualify as false review This is insane dear Luxury Rental Group, worst customer experience ever. You can keep your 30% discount, I hope this revwill help customer choosing their next holidays rental villa.

I would highly suggest considering another option like The Nightfall Group. I initially reached out to Million Dollar Luxe on January 30 almost 4 weeks ago. After reaching out several times without getting a response, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. Long story short, I was finally sent a contract and wire instructions on Feb 24th for an event on June 2nd. After my husband and I received the contract, we immediately sent sent the wire only a few hours later. They then casually mentioned via email thread that the house was already booked and actually not available even though a contract was sent although it was not signed. No courtesy was provided to even let us know that someone else was looking at the date. We were under the impression things were moving forward but then because someone else inquired about a longer booking, our event no longer mattered. While the properties are absolutely gorgeous, the way people are treated isn't the best (maybe my booking was too short and others are treated better) Additionally, had I gotten a response earlier from the company, I would've been able to move quicker on this and avoid the situation. I purposely reached out earlier because I wanted to plan ahead and lock things in. If you're not renting a spot for weeks or months, you won't be treated well. Even if you are the first to reach out about a booking, they will throw your reservation out the door (without any courtesy of letting you know your reservation is at risk) if another potential longer booking comes. If you care are having solid plans and a reliable booking partner who will treat you and your plans with respect, this is unfortunately not the company. I would highly recommend going with The Nightfall Group. I've used them several times and Chafik is absolutely awesome. They have amazing properties and will treat you with respect every step of the way so that you have the peace of mind that your booking will actually happen.

It was great having such a responsive team standing by to take care of a few tiny minor glitches that were done quickly and perfectly. For the home, having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 teens), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space, and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and the gorgeous walk-in closet made me want one at home. We fell in love with this part of town, strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great 2 weeks and we're eager to return to West Hollywood.
