This management company is the worst I have ever seen. During the three days we stayed, we had a technician come multiple times, but all we did was follow them around, showing what was broken and what wasn't working. They are completely unprofessional, rude, and have no sense of responsibility to ensure the house is ready for guests. When we arrived, the trash cans were full, the BBQ was not functioning, there was a cockroach in the towels, the blinds wouldn't go up, a big dead animal was in the pool for two days, the umbrellas were broken, the first-floor power was out, the AC was not working, the door lock was broken and unsecured, dust was flying by the windows, and the gym reeked of cigarettes and dust. Our vacation was extremely stressful, and for the amount we paid $14,600, we received nothing but disappointment. My son's body has red rashes, and he developed an allergy caused by dead animal in the water. I provided pictures and medical documents to support this, but they refuse to take any responsibility or address these issues. read more

We needed to be out of our house for a few weeks for renovations and Raquel Jones worked tirelessly to find a house that worked for our needs (proximity to school, etc..). And after finding the perfect place, she shuffled some other bookings to make it available to us. After we moved in, Raquel and the rest of the company were on call for anything we needed. Spatula? Faith and her team helped make our family Christmas stay the most memorable stay we've ever had! From the time Faith and I were in touch she maintained really great communication on all the things I asked about, was always reachable, and helped make sure everything was executed exactly as asked. She did an absolutely incredible job of decorating our tree and the whole house by herself (with my decor) without much direction from me, and even dropped off extra nice plastic bins for the decorations when the boxes for them got accidentally thrown out by the cleaning crew. Spiders broken faucets. Broken fixtures elevator that you got stuck in. The only other way to have access to the other floors was the stairs which were rickety and coming loose and the outdoors lighting was awful. Nothing was working. It was insane to deal with these people. They backed me into a corner. Haven't even been hospitalized during my stay and required that I leave them a positive review on Airbnb before they would extend my stay a few days for that. They're shady completely corrupt. Definitely not true American renters. They have no thought or care for anyone but themselves and they have so many AI capabilities that I guarantee all of these reviews are fake. This one is not. I have plenty of proof I can post but unfortunately Yelp isn't allowing me to cut and paste exactly what I sent them upon our exit of the property. It's lengthy anyone wants to know pm me on here and I'm happy to send it. This company is a nightmare. Don't trust the plethora of fake positive reviews. They were all done using AI. read more

From the moment I contacted Hunter, he quickly found the perfect place based on my needs, the requirements I set, and the price I wanted to pay. He sent me a list of options to choose from, and we ended up staying at the Franklin home it was fantastic, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. This company went above and beyond with truly exceptional service. It was only my second time renting a vacation home the first time was through Airbnb, and this time I booked directly with the company. My first experience in San Diego wasn't great: no fun, no real hospitality, and the property owner wouldn't leave us alone. But this trip? A total game-changer. We were celebrating my grandma's birthday, and everyone had an amazing time. I had originally planned to get some work done on my computer, but I didn't even open it. Between the pool, the sundeck, the house, and the nearby hiking trails it was just too much fun. We needed a BBQ, and even though the home didn't come with one, one quick phone call and it showed up at the door in the blink of an eye like magic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect, especially with a glass of wine, my iPad, and a good TV show. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Kareena and Jordan helped us during check-in, but Kareena really stood out. She welcomed us with open arms and became the highlight of the weekend. Her hospitality was unmatched, and we truly learned what real hospitality looks like. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, the team was right there. Beautiful house just minutes from the beach and Abbott Kinney. The location is amazing. This is the second time we've stayed here. It's well-maintained, has lots of space, and is perfect for a large family gathering. We enjoyed the rooftop BBQ space. Maimon Group was very responsive...we needed propane for the BBQ tank and they sent a new tank within a few hours. Nice touches included luxury towels, hotel-style shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, and full-size laundry and dishwashing detergent. The experience was so much better than a normal "vrbo" "airbnb" rental. My experience felt like checking into a luxury resort. The property was pristine and I mean PRISTINE. I booked a luxury home with The Maimon Group in Los Angeles for a holiday weekend after a host on Airbnb cancelled our stay last minute with no explanation. Their attention to detail was next level, they were able to get us a home with the exact specifications we needed, 72 hours before our desired check-in date! I've worked with several companies renting/managing luxury homes in the past and have not come across a company that is this responsive and attentive to guest requests. As a guest, it can be difficult to find a rental company that is willing to work with your specifications, especially if the booking isn't a long term stay. Hannah from TMG was great to work with, and the home we booked was a weekend experience our group will never forget. The home itself was gated, secluded, and had jetliner views of Los Angeles. Unlike some luxury homes that do not have functional amenities or may not have been booked in some time, everything in the home was clean, updated and in working order, a nice change from booking luxurious homes that appear to not have proper maintenance.
