Our party of four rated the experience 4 out of 5. We got there 45 minutes before our reservation. Yes! It's best to make a reservation because they sell out quickly. My daughter still had to stand in line to get our tickets. Next, we accidentally designed an entry line next to the ship. People: "Are you in line?" Us: "Yes" LOL! It's a good thing because when it's time to remove the rope, guests quickly took "all aboard" pictures and then they rushed off to find good seating. My daughters already had eyed the best seating "for us" from IG photos. We sat in the air conditioned indoor area up the first set of stairs. I assume it's the main deck. I was so pleased that we had a table and four comfy chairs next to a window near the bar. As a cancer patient, I was dreading being in the hot sun for the entire two hour tour. The server didn't appear to be motivated to be there. She took our order and delivered the food promptly but there was never a smile or friendly conversation no matter how we tried. We ordered chips and salsa and chicken tenders along with drinks. Next time, we will definitely skip the overly breaded, dry chicken tenders. My family said the drinks were popping. The cruise was delightful even though the narrator's mic was staticky. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We also walked around and took many selfies. It was worth the price. read more

We had a good experience on this boat tour on New Years Eve day. Boarding was not managed well and the advanced reservations don't seem to help at all. Signage/instruction was poor and as a result of a 40 minute boarding process, we didn't have ideal seats. I would recommend arriving early if you want a nice table/will be snacking on board but hopefully these guys fix this aspect of the business. Overall we had a good experience. We paid about $30 which is what I'd expect a two hour tour to cost. It's slightly cheaper with local residency and 2 and unders go for free. You go down the inter coastal on this tour and you get to see all of the mega mansions and crazy infinity pools. The tour guide is as good and we learned a lot of interesting facts about Delray Beaches' history. I like that there is a lot of space on board and three different levels for different experiences. Because the boat is so big, you barely feel the small waves generated from the water traffic and it's a pretty relaxing ride. I'd recommend coming at the holiday times with the Xmas decorations. They have a decent array of snacks and smaller meal options on board but it's not like it used to be with the dinner cruises. You should plan to spend $8-$15 on smaller snack-e type options and drinks. We tried the $13 frozen daiquiris, which were ok but a bit on the sweeter end (fair amount of alcohol). read more

This is a perfect event for many. It's a pleasure cruise of the intercoastal waterways of Delray, Highland and Boca. You get to see beautiful and breathtaking homes on the waterway by some very famous people and you leave speechless. Along the way you see some very beautiful birds, mangroves and very cool boats. People wave at you along the way, it's like a vacation within a vacation. Things of note. If you want to sit outside, get there at least an hour before the boarding time. I would only recommend sitting outside if it's covered or you will get a strong sunburn, you are on the water. Sitting inside is nice, but it feels like you are on an elderly dinner cruise, so if you can get past that, it's nice. We sat inside on the right (don't sit on the left, it's less picturesque. Turn your chairs towards the windows and you get a front row seat, people will copy you. The food is mostly microwaveable snacks, but they do have quesadillas and pretzel bites that hit. Drinks were good, you are on a boat tour so they charge for the experience ($12 for an aperol spritz isn't terrible). I think if you are trying to do different things each day, add this one in, it's not going to disappoint. Leave your kids at home, it's likely boring for them because it's really like a sightseeing tour and kids don't really care for that stuff. Sunny days are recommended so you have clear skies for optimal viewing. Ahoy! read more

Beautiful evening to be on the intercoastal we went down to Boca turned around and came back to Delray. There was a lot of indoor seating but we wanted to be outside and enjoying the view. It was a bit cramped outside on a sunset cruise. We went an hour in each direction and tickets were $28 per person. The other people on the boat we're very friendly and interesting. There was a menu with the appetizers frozen drinks wine and beer. I enjoyed my piña colada and my husband's strawberry daiquiri was too sweet and chemically for him, Our drink tab was $30 including tip. read more

We decided to do the holiday cruise with Santa. Wanted to have a nice little cruise down the inter-coastal with the mini. Upon arrival there weren't any signs to where the check in was but it wasn't hard to find. A little hut right by the boat. No area for a line so we just lined up behind the closest person to the boat. Before boarding we got to take a picture with Santa as a family. I believe the price for the photo was 10 dollars. Which wasn't bad. We had drinks and our son had tenders. Prices were very reasonable. My wife had a Baileys hot chocolate. And I decided on khalua and chocolate. And my oh my both were delicious. My wife had to fight me to get her drink back. The cruise took us up and down the inter coastal and as it was doing that. The kids were able to sit and take pics with Santa. After pics and everyone for to see him. He got up and walked around and greeted the kids again. My only gripe was (and nothing the cruise staff or business did wrong) that the parents of the children on board just let their kids run loose. Kids running up and down. Screaming and going on about. While the parents just sat and drank. It almost felt like I was in a daycare. Again. Not the business fault at all. But overall we had an amazing time and definitely would recommend it. read more

Terrible experience. I dont even know where to begin. there is not enough seating for people outside..which is the whole reason to be on a ship. We spent the entire time inside b/c of a lack of outdoor seating. Next, they have the audacity to search your belonging before boarding. no food or drink allowed...so they can sell you their own overpriced drinks and food. It was absolutely appalling. the narrator sucked. he talked on and on about rich people's homes and on top of that gave away personal information such as who the owners are, how much they paid, what time of year they come to visit, who they employ, etc. it is an invasion of privacy in my opinion. all in all ..an awful trip. this company should be shut down. read more

This is one of our favorite things to do in Delray Beach, we love enjoying time with friends and family, and taking a two hour cruise up and down the intercoastal. From the moment you get on the boat, and everybody is warm and friendly, they gave proper instructions on safety, which is very important. The first thing I do is go to the top of the boat that is the best point of view enjoy and relax. The servers come over, there is a variety of food and drinks to choose from, there is bar to get a special drink. As you just enjoy you are relaxing the sun, the boat goes at a speed where you can actually enjoy the sites and the homes, along with the state parks and see some wildlife. If you live here in Palm Beach County, or you have visitors, family and friends come in from out of town this is the perfect getaway for a couple of hours to make you feel special. Our family surprised our large group with this activity while we were in the Del Ray Beach area and it was a neat way to spend the evening. We had a group of 20-25. We ordered drinks and had some appetizers - the only appetizer I tried was the pretzel bites and they were hot and yummy. With Christmas around the corner, we were able to see some of the houses by the water decorated with light and Christmas trees. Some people go all out with it. We ordered a few cocktails and a couple bottles of wine - service was prompt and everyone in our group seemed to enjoy themselves. The majority of us hung out at the top deck but then explored the rest of the boat to find a bar and another deck area where we could get more fresh air. There were a few random elderly couples that stayed inside the boat and seemed grouchy - not sure why they wouldn't enjoy the crisp air outside and maybe smile a little more. Honestly, I didn't hear much of the narration. It was a little difficult to hear the narrator on the top deck and he seemed a bit too monotone - borrrring. OUR WEDDING ABOARD LADY ATLANTIC - START TO FINISH We started looking for the perfect wedding venue 10 months early knowing that a November wedding might be a challenge. Initially, we were looking at the typical hotel function rooms, but none of them excited us. They were just big boxes. My future bride thought about looking at one of the two dinner cruise boats offered by Delray Yacht Cruises. I was intrigued. We both called for a meeting to see what we might expect. My first impression before getting on the boat was we would step into white metal box that smelled of diesel fuel. As I stepped onto the bigger of the two boats was WOW. It was really tastefully decorated, with plush carpets, lots of really nice woodwork, and large windows. I immediately fell in love - but was waiting for the crushing prices. To my complete surprise, a wedding on the boat would cost less than those hotel box rooms, so after talking about it, we reserved the Lady Atlantic for our wedding. We had a lot of people flying in for our wedding, and we wanted them to feel the Florida charm. Having a wedding in a hotel would be like every other hotel wedding, but a wedding cruise in the Inter-coastal would be a lifelong memory. Seriously - how many weddings have you been on held on a great yacht ? As planning moved forward, my bride was getting to be a nervous wreck, feeling that the details would be overwhelming. We had been working with Meghan, the boats event planner, and for a little more, she would help with the planning and details. This was a must, and she nailed down the timing, which is pretty important. She was a great asset and extremely helpful. Thanks Meghan. On our wedding day, Meghan organized everyone, moving everyone to the top deck, keeping the bride hidden from the guests. The boat left the dock as we started the ceremony. The video of us saying how vows, with palm trees passing by in the background, backed by a beautiful sunset. At the moment we both said our I DOs, we did so as the bridge on Atlantic Ave opened up - just for us. The photo was amazing. We then moved downstairs for drinks and dinner. We paid for an open bar, and I was initially worried that guest would have to all get in line to buy drinks. This was not the case. The staff kept drink glasses full. We had many of our friends say they were amazed at how attentive the staff was. Big KUDOS to the staff. They couldn't have been more professional. As for the food - WOW. Way beyond my expectation. Everything was delicious. Just perfect. Again, our guests told us that they were surprised at how good the food was. We were on the water for 3.5 hours. This was the perfect amount of time in our opinion. I can't express the feeling that everyone commented on, sitting at our tables and causing past all of these beautiful homes at night that were all lit up. The experience, and yes, it was an experience, was totally unique. Everyone said that this was one of the best weddings that they had ever attended - and much of this was due to having our wedding on this gorgeous vessel. It was a great way for people from out of state to experience Florida at its best. It couldn't have been more rewarding to have so many people raving about the experience for the following month. Oh' What to do on Valentines Day during a Pandemic. Barbie my girlfriend wanted to be on the water. I searched high and low on the internet and low and behold; I found a Valentine's Brunch that goes up and down the intercoastal in Delray Beach, Florida. Delray Yacht Cruises was the answer. That had a Valentine's Day brunch on Sunday February 14, 2021; that started at 10am till 1pm. For only $55 per person, you got a plentiful buffet that included' eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, pasta, prime rib, stuffed blueberry pancakes. Coffee, tea and orange juice and cranberry juice included. Plus, a beautiful cruise on the intercoastal toward Manalapan and then the cruise turns around and comes back to Delray Beach. Two floors of dining. Tables socially distanced with tablecloths and comfortable chairs and large, picturesque windows. We had a beautiful table on the second level reserved just for us with our name on it. The staff on the cruise was pleasant and everybody wore masks. They made sure all people wore masks as you moved around the cruise. You could only take off your mask when eating or drinking. The cruise left on time at 1030am and the buffet started at 11am. Very orderly fashion. Also free parking for 4 hours is a definite plus in my book. Each table was called, and people served the different dishes on the 1st floor. Cake was on each table that was reserved for each paying Valentine participant. A photo was taken on the shore before the cruise left. The photographer went around and asked if you wanted to buy the photograph for only $10 plus tax. This was the best experience we have had in a long time. We miss our cruises, and this brightened both our day for this Valentine's Day. read more

Knowing that they are empty 95% of the time and only used by the cleaning people is mind blowing. The ride is so nice and the boat is full of great services cocktails and drinks. This was so much fun! $26 per person for general entry and $60 per person if you want a buffet included. The general entry does have food and drinks available for purchase at a reasonable price. The whole cruise is about 2 hours long. The ship will only stay within the intercoastal and after the sun goes down you, of course, can't really see the scenery. At that point we were mostly there for some grub. The quesadilla we ordered came out a bit slow, but was delicious. They did give us way too much salsa and sour cream though. Made me feel bad about wasting so much. In addition to the food we ordered one margarita on the rocks and a mango daiquiri. Both were served in plastic cups, which is fine, but the margarita had that taste of cheap mixer. The mango daiquiri was delicious though. The only real negative aspect is that it got very cold on the boat. Being it's like 90 degrees outside, we didn't have jackets. They are very much needed if you go on the boat at night. read more

We're on a boat to nowhere... So we did the cookie cruise this Sat the 9th and there were cookies but no cruising. They said it was weather related, but it was drizzling and there was no thunder or lightening. The intracoastal was calm as well. If a cruise for kids isn't going to happen, texts or emails should be sent an hour prior so that parents can decide to get their money back rather then deal with their kids already there! So my review is based not on cruising as that didn't happen but the cookies with Santa part that did. They had cookies like the ones from Costco - the kids cleared out the first plate and asked for more - they brought 4 for a table of 9 kids - not sure what kind of math that is but they brought more when pointed out. The hot chocolate was ok - step up from Swiss miss but not Starbucks level and not kid temp. They charged for everything else - even coffee! And that was average! Don't see this happening ever again. I could have done brunch with Santa at Maggianos for less money and had actual food and coffee included! So I'm going 1 star. If they cruised maybe I'd be higher but they didn't, so I can only review sitting there with weak hot chocolate and Costco Christmas cookies. We had a wonderful experience on the Lady Atlantic, the larger of their two ships. There were about 50-60 folks on board, and it seemed that everyone got a seat where they wanted. We were up on the open third deck, with a full 360 view of the inter coastal and the homes on its shore. Gabby, our server was quick to provide us with a snack and drink menu soon after we left the dock. The selections were simple, but quite appropriate for a short two hour, morning, trip. The prices were not "cheap", but certainly very reasonable. The food was very nice, much better then I have seen on other boat excursion trips. The narrator, the captain I assume, had a very nice voice and presented a lot of interesting facts about the scenery. Overall, a very nice way to spend a morning or afternoon. My daughter treated my hubby and I to this sunset cruise up the Intercoastal Waterway for Father's Day this year. It's a lovely cruise - evening so not too hot and if you grab a table and chairs or just a chair outside you get a lovely view of the amazing homes and condos along the waterway. There is service at the tables so you can order cocktails and snacks while you cruise. The prices for what you get is average. Our vodka drinks were $10 each and they were served in 8oz plastic cups. The boat feels a little old. Inside seems well maintained but the outside seating is cheap plastic table and chairs and very old outdoor patio like furniture. I think if they invested in good quality marine furniture and plastic drink ware that is reusable versus disposable it would feel like a more upscale experience where you wouldn't mind the prices so much. Some music would also be nice (rather than the captain just talking about the homes and condos we were passing - I mean - there really wasn't anything news worthy about them - some were really big, some were really old - maybe one or two belonged to a famous person at one time in history) All in all the service was fine, but nobody went out of their way to make it extra special yet they were requesting tips on your way off the boat... read more

We stumbled by here one afternoon where we got some information and decided to go ahead and book a 2hour sightseeing cruise for the following day. There were about 20-30 people on our 2:30 trip, many of which we had great conversations with. The cruise could either go north or south, depending on weather, where ours was taken up north on the Inter-coastal Highway. For the 2 hours we were able to hear the history of DelRay, see some AMAZING houses, and even some wildlife. They serve drinks (both alcoholic and non schoolchildren) and food options for the cruise as well. We had a great day weather wise and it was a great way to spend a day outside and get to see more of the city (esp with us not having a rental car here) staff was friendly and very informative. We recommended this to a few couples we had met the next day that were staying at our hotel, which is just about a block or so from the start of the cruise. Went for our company team building activity. We had the whole bottom deck for our group of like 20 -30 people. We each were given two drink tickets and we can choose off the menu wine, beer, daiquiris or margaritas. Drinks were a little sugary but were very promising alcohol volume. The only complaint was the food. I got buffalo chicken tenders. The breading of it was soggy and the buffalo was hot sauce. Came with a side of mini bag of lays chips. My friends got burgers and the chicken Sandwiches . One person had to bottom buns and the other two tops of the burger bun. We laughed it off. We all agreed we can't expect much from a boat lol. For appetizers had cheese and cracker plater. The cheese was giant blocks. I felt like an animal chewing giants hunks of cheese. The first order they forget to bring the actual crackers out. The best thing we had was the chips and salsa. At least they didn't get this wrong. Over all the ride was smooth and quit. My fiancé took me on a dinner cruise for my birthday and we had a great time! The boat is big and beautiful! We made reservations for an evening dinner in the dining room. They reserved our table with our name on the table, which was a nice touch. You can order drinks and visit the upper decks, sit and have drinks and talk before dinner starts. The captain tells you about the homes and some history about Delray as you cruise. This is also surprisingly not a super expensive activity! The dinner is served buffet style: they had chicken piccata, mixed veggies, salad, and prime rib as the options. You could get both and even go back for seconds. They ended the meal with yummy cheesecake. The staff is so friendly and provided great service. This is a great outing for a group or for two. read more

Staff is friendly , narrator has a great voice good vocabulary and informative. Doesn't sound like your typical robot talking. On our return they played relaxing music. Nice change after hearing him narrate for an hour. Outdoor deck is great and indoors are perfect when you want to cool off a bit. Took my second trip on this boat. Trip itself is enjoyable. BUYER BEWARE......when I asked the waitress, Katie, for my bill she verbally she gave me a total that INCLUDED the 18% service charge. I asked 2 times for an itemized bill and she didn't print it. I paid in cash and added $20 to the total she verbally gave me. She was walking away and I once again asked for a receipt and she finally gave me one. When I reviewed it, I realized the 18% was included in the verbal total she gave me. DEFINITELY was intentional on the part of the waitress. I have no problem with the 18% being added to the bill, but I do have a problem with a waitress intentionally being deceitful. I approached her and asked for $15 back of the $20 that I had given her. read more

The crew did an excellent job being our "tour guide" as well as checking on us throughout the cruise to make sure we didn't need any food or drinks... reasonably priced and fantastic views of the inter coastal headed towards Boca.
