My shake is less than 300 Calories because of the caramel and Graham's but that's way less than I would have consumed if I went out for pizza like I was originally going to do! I tried to talk to someone inside but was being ignored and I quickly needed to get back out to my dogs. At 2:34pm I called the store and was told with a lot of attitude that their curbside tablet was down and they didn't know I was there - EVEN THOUGH I was in the curbside pickup spot DIRECTLY in front of the store. The girl brought out a smoothie that had clearly sat for 30 minutes and was inedible. I issued a formal complaint on their website and have heard NOTHING. Avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE - they have sent me a random email to contact. I have sent in the information THREE times (once via their app and twice now over email). They are clearly not interested in solving anything but rather hoping people will give up due to the absolute nonhelpful nonsense.
