They have the best customer service !!! When I went in Aaron helped me with my reservation, once we went Elle was our hostess, we had an small get together at the zone (bunch of teens). I noticed that people reserved this for kids parties is great they include 2 pizzas , free refills on sodas (pitcher) , they decorate the tables and give a gift to the bday person. Delta Bowl is a MUST for if you're looking for bowling. They had shoes in great condition, bowling balls of most sizes, and good food. When I came, I had a fun experience. The only problem I had was when I came into the pro shop, the man who owned the shop didn't seem very interested in helping us. Like I know it said "Sarcasm is my service" but I was just wondering if he could measure my hand for a bowling ball. He was really annoying and had NO manners. He could've at least been interested in helping us. That was why I went to a different bowling place to get my holes drilled and was better. Overall, this place is awesome! But the only problem is the man. Please if you see this Delta Bowl, please on everything help this man have a better attitude because no one will want help with this snarky dude telling us what to do. read more

It's one of the last family ran places and reasonably priced for the whole family. They actually grill the dogs which makes it taste so much better. They have an arcade for those who are not interested or waiting to bowl. You do have combo of families, pros and beginners who have not learned about bowling etiquette. I love Delta Bowl! The establishment is family oriented, and also a serious bowling environment. I just started playing league there, and am excited to say that I just got my high score! Both league and regular game play are affordable, which is a little rare these days. And, the staff are all professional and consistently go above and beyond for their customers. The only thing that I can say needs improvement is the weekend bowling. I don't think they oil the lanes on weekends. The end result is dry lanes that pull the ball strongly to the left. Ugh! If you are looking for family entertainment with a great price, this is your place. Ideal ambience for families, kids friendly, lots of activities. Come to spend more than one hour for sure! Hosted my son's 11th birthday here in the glow in the dark room. The kids had a blast and the adults enjoyed the space. The party hostess was great, very friendly. We added laser tag to the party and some adults joined in as well. We hope to hold another party there soon. read more

The good plenty of lanes. The place was clean. They have laser tag and also an arcade. I didn't try the laser tag next time though. The arcade has a decent selection and it was good to have other options than just bowling. Didn't try the food but you can order and they will call your name when the order is ready the same as when the lanes are available. The place was very busy for an early Saturday evening. I haven't been out much since COVID but it gave me anxiety. People were there with their family enjoying themselves which was good to see. Overall I have a good time and will be back. It's local and the kids liked and that's what really matters. I do think the prices are expensive though. read more

I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband at this place on January 1rst, 2020. I couldn't be more happy with the experience we all had. I personally checked this and other places before making any reservation, and Delta Bowl was by far the best option not only because it's been nicely remodeled but also because its has a great location and excellent customer service. I rented "The Zone" area, it has cool light and music features! The food we ordered was delicious too! In addition, they set up tables with blue aprons, lots of chairs, utensils, plates, napkins etc. everything well organized and cleaned- they went far and beyond of what I was expecting. We came in late (I couldn't get hubby to hurry up for his party lol) and despite that, they gave me extra time so we could play and eat with out rushing. I'm beyond thankful for their service!! This was the first time I threw a surprise birthday party for my husband, and I'm so glad I picked this place! I cannot recommend it more. You won't be disappointed! Ok I'm only giving 4 stars because of the location because it's kinda sketchy. Besides the location they have really done a lot to keep up with competition. The arcade is big and they added this luxury style lane section called "The Zone" which has more comfortable seats and a generally more upscale atmosphere. The best part about this place is the bar is CHEAP. I ordered 12 drinks including multiple shots of Paton and the pours were heavy, easily doubles. For less than $100 everyone in my party got turnt. The same drinks at Tailgaters would have run way more expensive. Overall I'd 100% go back for the booze and The Zone. Completely worth every penny. read more

Our family loves this place. The staff is always very friendly and the owners are awesome. We love the burgers, pizza and my kids love the hot dog kids meal, which is very reasonably priced. Great place to have family time or even adult time while bowling, I've been here plenty of times growing up but haven't been in a while. First time back and it's looks like it has been cleaned up or face lift. For one hour of bowling, shoes included was $37 (shoes are newer, not old and outdated). I got 2 of my kiddos a slushy, small was $2.50 each. They didn't complain that is wasn't good, so met their expectations. I did notice the arcade was bigger or they added more game's. Oh and I seen that they do gender reveals, they have a pink and blue ball both mother and father bowl. The mechanic in the back knows the the gender and only sends up the color, I thought that was really cute and a great idea! For over all the prices was reasonable, the place was clean. What started out as a disastrous Saturday night turned into an amazing Sunday afternoon. I called Saturday afternoon to reserve a lane for a party of 4 at 7pm. When I showed up with my 3 kids our reservation was no where to be found and there was a 1 hour wait for a lane. My kids ended up leaving with great disappointment but given coupons to come back another time. To my surprise an employee name Robin called me around 10am to apologize again for the mishap and said that she did find my reservation written on another paper that ended up thrown away and she was determined to make it right and we were invited in for a complimentary game of bowling. I couldn't be more pleased with how this worked out. Robin truly is an amazing employee and went above and beyond her call of duty to fix what she new was a problem. Got some of our closest friends and family together (ages ranging from 2-40) and had such a great time! The place is nicely remodeled and has so much to offer!! I spoke to Robin on the phone and she reserved lanes for me for cosmic bowling, didn't have to put any money down to reserve and I wasn't sure how many people would show up and she was so accommodating when we showed up. She saved etxra lanes just in case more people showed up. She set it up smoothly to wear people just got their bowling shoes and let me handle the bill at the end since I wanted to take care of it all. She was leaving for the day and linked me up with the other ladies at the desk, everything was just so smooth! I lived the automatic bumpers for the kids that would go up and down depending on who's turn it was. There's a larger than typical arcade with a prize center! Good selection of draft beer and good food! We also went to the pro shop to get my husband aa new bowling ball, and Gene was so easy to work with. This place really has changed in it's 30+ years of existence... OMG I'm old. Let's just say... the only part of this place I was allowed when I started coming here was in the child care. We're not gonna go down memory lane because well that is a slippery slope my friend. AnyWho. I was kind of intimidated to come in here because it's been years since I've been in a bowling alley. I will say that even though I'm rating this experience five stars I found the customer service reps at the table to be less than attentive as there were two people at the table and one woman just staring off into space when she could've been helping somebody. This review is for the PRO SHOP only.... So my husband and I took our 13 yo in to get her ball drilled. It was a Christmas gift from her coach (super nice man!!) and it was brand new. As we walked into the shop, a man was behind a wall with a window to see other customers come in. When he saw us, I smiled as if to say "Hi" and got NOTHING from this man...barely a blink. When he approached us, he had the attitude of "We" were interrupting "Him". We told him that we would like to have the ball drilled to fit her....his response was "WELL..I have other customers ahead of YOU." Fine, that is okay but he made it a point to tell us this TWICE to get it though to us that it would not be right away...you know....I am not stupid and don't need to be talked to like this.... We showed him the ball and he noticed a small scuff on it and immediatley went into the defensive mode and said "I didn't do this!" No kidding dude...we just now gave it to you! He again reminded us that he had people ahead of us and would not be able to get to it for 40 mins or so......okay,now this is 3 times he had to tell us this...as if I am 5 years old and need my mommy to constantly remind me! Not to mention he never cracked even a hint of a smile while speaking to us other than to make fun of the box that we brought it in.... Well, Mr. Butthead....we took the ball into Brentwood and had the work done there...so don't worry....you wont have to bother...Geeze Dude....take a Manners Class or something! read more
