I had one cocktail dress with a few stains I needed dry cleaned for that Saturday (July 9th) and the rest of my items could be finished whenever since I would be away all that week. I told the girl all this, and she put in for delivery of the cocktail dress on Saturday and pick up of the other items whenever. Saturday came, and I did not receive my cocktail dress. Since I was working and the shop was closed by the time I got home, I went ahead a packed for my vacation without the dress. I returned from my vacation and put on my cell phone. My voicemail was immediately bombarded with five messages from Bill at Go Green Dry Cleaners demanding the $27 balance. Each message was ruder than the next. I returned home, and went to get my mail from my landlord. She handed over all the dry cleaning I asked NOT to be delivered, including the cocktail dress I paid separately for that was suppose to delivered that Saturday before my trip. I looked at the cocktail dress and NONE of the stains were removed, actually, it looked dirtier than before. Now I was angry, not only did I not receive my dress for my vacation and it wasn't cleaned properly, but my landlord was involved and I had a chain of harassing voicemails from a business that provided a poor service. I went to Go Green the next day and returned the dress. The owners weren't there, so the girl put the dress in to be cleaned again. I returned the following day, and spoke with Kevin (the other owner). I explained the situation and my general dissatisfaction with the poor service and harassing voicemails from his partner. He simply gave poor excuses ("I was away, too," "Bill is forgetful","Bill can sometimes be rude,"), and insisted that the cocktail dress I returned the previous day was cleaned multiple times and the stains could not be removed (by the way, there was no evidence of this, my dress looked exactly how I left it with a post-it attached that I was "angry"). He insisted I pay the remaining balance despite the harassment and poor service and accompanied the transaction with even more excuses about his partner being forgetful and pushing the blame for bad business off of himself.

They washed everything all over and charged full price. I brought in a linen blouse and I think they ripped it and it took 2 more times for it to be repaired. Then I brought a pleated shirt and at first they did a nice job but then they pressed out all my pleats and they hid it in the group of garments. I brought it back and they said they would fix it and they didn't. I asked not to be charged and they took it off the bill. Now to try to get it repaired. I was quoted $10-15 per pleat from a luxury dry cleaner. Guess what I will never go back. Three mistakes and they are sneaky.

I showed him the care recommendations card from the manufacture. Laundering, not dry cleaning recommended. He even wrote his text number on the card to call for pick up in the e future, although I brought the sheets in myself. He had my credit card number, in case pick-up was called for. He told me he would dry cleaning before laundering to get out any discoloration. I objected that it was unnecessary, but he volunteered that there would be no additional cost, that this was his method. When I got the sheets they looked good. However no price slip and he said $30 when I asked what he charged for a sheet set. I checked my credit card charge-- $100/set! Perhaps he skewed his answer to a single sheet, rather than a set? I called and he tried to explain how much effort he had put in. I explained that NOBODY would pay $5000/yr to clean cotton sheets over a year. He offered a $50 credit for a future cleaning. I used the credit and will never go back. I will not do business with somebody that I cannot trust. If your job price is not posted, do not take it for granted that John will be rational. Don't trust this guy!

First off they have a sign which is falling apart and a danger to customers. This sign says shirts cleaned for 99 cents on hangers. Great buy I thought ... but when you go in he takes my name and phone# and I said great price he said " no it's $1.50 I said that's not a good thing to charge more than you sign says. He says he can't afford it. I gave him the name of two local sign companies and they are reasonable. I bring in my second batch of shirts ( 6) and 4 items that would be dry cleaned. I go home and my wife looks at my receipt and it says 4 shirts plus = $38.00 I told my wife I will speak to him when I pick the stuff up. The place is run down and he says he is struggling. I come in to pick up the order and first he tells me the shirts are $2.50 and each dry cleaned item was 5.00 plus. He claimed that a black cloth shirt had to be dry cleaned when I have been washing it for a couple of months and ironed. One of my wife's sweaters he charged us $7.95 ... The long and short of this is he is grossly dishonest. I told him I was really unhappy. He told me go f..k myself and took off $8.00 but charged me a fee for using my credit card. It was a dollar something or 3.25% and I think it was his elderly mother who chimes in ohhh the credit card company makes us do that. I politely told her they do not and now I have 2-3 people screaming at me because 6 shirts at $1.50= 9.00 plus 4 items for dry cleaning charged me $30.00 ... this place should be closed by the department of consumer affairs. He offered to pay for the blazer and said to bring the receipt in, something that was purchased over a year ago, a receipt that I no longer had. I left the blazer, it not useable, it's ruined by "the professional cleaners". I will not use this establishment again and definitely my family and friends won't either. We will spread the word!
