I put clothes in separate bags with brightly colored labels indictating the washing instructios for each bag. I pay a lot of money for my clothes and linens, and I do not want them abused or damaged. Twice now, I have received my laundry back with clear evidence that instructions were neither read nor followed. I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Once you go in there a few times you do not even need your ticket for pickup. He sees you walk in and he remembers your names and grabs your stuff. Thoroughly impressed with all of my alterations. Every suit that I get off the rack goes there to get worked on. Much better than any other place on the island that I have used. They understand the versions styles of men's suits and the way things are supposed to fit. Most other places act like men's suit styles stopped in a 1940s mob movie. This guy can make an off-the-rack suit look bespoke. Highly recommend this place.
