I was given a pickup date eight days later. Unfortunately, on the very day they were supposed to be ready, I received a call informing me that the alterations had not been completed. I immediately went to the store to pick up my pants and asked if they could recommend another tailor who might be able to help that day. Instead of receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the owner. I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication and unprofessional customer service are much harder to overlook. After waiting over a week only to find out my order wasn't completed as promised, I was extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others.

So this was also mid pandemic and at the time only one person was allowed to come, so they allowed me To have 4 different appointments with the ones who meant most to me, Sheri even stayed late one day. So I already was very pleased and then I met Dalia, who was a complete angel to work with. I gained a few Pounds during Covid like a lot of us, and I was so upset and nervous because my dress did not fit, my next appointment 1 week later Dalia took out my dress and I felt like a beautiful bride, I also brought a veil in with me from else where, which I had a few concerns about Dalia altered it and made it the veil of my dreams. Sheri would even call me from time to time to see how planning and dieting was going. They washed everything all over and charged full price. I brought in a linen blouse and I think they ripped it and it took 2 more times for it to be repaired. Then I brought a pleated shirt and at first they did a nice job but then they pressed out all my pleats and they hid it in the group of garments. I brought it back and they said they would fix it and they didn't. I asked not to be charged and they took it off the bill. Now to try to get it repaired. I was quoted $10-15 per pleat from a luxury dry cleaner. Guess what I will never go back. Three mistakes and they are sneaky.
