Some may be needed, some not so much, but YOU have to be a smart consumer too. Never had a problem with a repair or upgrade. Staff is knowledgeable. She knew I had to get to work so the mechanic (sorry did not get name) was so kind as to put my spare tire on for the day so I could get to work and they had my new tire ready on the rim when I went back that night.
