My girlfriend's window on her Jeep Grand Cherokee would not close, the button broke inside the master power switch unit. She took it to Noah's and according to her he proceeded to bang on the door and the speakers with the palm of his hand, then he popped out the master power switch unit and started banging on the small motor that operates the window with a steel rod but he could not fix it and said she had to return because he had to disassemble the door panel. After watching a YouTube video I was able to snap off the button, insert a tiny flat screw driver and push the mechanism to close the window, I then ordered the part and it was very, very simple to pop out the original, unplug the wires and plug and replace the unit but when I did I saw that the unnecessary banging he did not only scratched and dented the small motor but also punched a hole in it. When we went to confront him about it he became enraged and accused my girlfriend of shaking him down for money. He would not even admit his culpability and locked the door on us. I would not recommend taking your car here as from what I saw he was very unprofessional, and his mechanical knowledge is lacking. You might say he was more of a shoemaker than a mechanic. read more

Brought my car for a routine tune up before a big trip, I was told my car was safe & good To go and all I had to fix was one side of my shocks. ($700). Two weeks later my car stalled out on route 17, overheated, and the entire transmission blew. This is not something that happens over night. Could have been easily avoided had the mechanics thoroughly checked the car as you do for a routine tune up & check. Avoid this shop. read more

Noah is a kind man. My muffler came off after hours he personally came over with one of his helpers. The fix my muffler but brought it up to his shop. 1/2 hour later he came back.it's July 9Th 2022. Great experience with Noah Auto Repair Shop: came in urgently on Sunday morning, on our way back to Maryland, we had a flat tire, stressful. Repair shop assessed the tire, noted that it was slashed and not repairable, drove over to Hackensack to get us a nice tire, replaced it, and we were out and on our way home in 1 1/2 hours. Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a simple oil. I was told 45 minute wait. No problem. I come back an hour later and the owner Noah took my personal car to run his own errands with my gas because he had no other vehicle to use. He never asked permission and there is zero professionalism here. I ended up waiting 2 hours and was extremely by the owner in doing this. I will never come again. AVOID AVOID AVOID! read more

This shop was recommended to me due to the fact that they were closed on Saturdays and open on Sunday but ALSO that the owner was very nice and the pricing in regards to labor and parts is fair. I dropped off my car (2011 VW Jetta) was excited to hear back later that day, but I didn't hear back for a couple days. I'm the type of person that likes to be updated consistently even if it is to just be told you need my car another day or didn't get a chance to look at it--therefore I started to become frustrated without the updates. But if you communicate that (which I did not but should have) your frustration will be alleviated. Once I got the call about my car I was nervous that it was going to be a really expensive repair or that it was possibly a lemon--I was blown away by the response that not only was it a fairly minor problem that could be fixed but it was also a very affordable cost to get it fixed. Next day it was done after that call and my car feels like a brand new one. They did an excellent job on my car! This shop may not look busy from outward appearances but it is so be patient but also communicate what type of service you expect to receive or that you want. I haven't been able to find a great mechanic in awhile--from now on, this will be the ONLY mechanic I go to. I highly recommend this establishment! read more

I brought my car to him in the beginning of November to replace my starter. He tells me that my engine is no good and then I'm going to have to replace my engine soon so I give him $2,000 to get me a new engine and then a month later in December I get my car back within the first four days my car started stalling out and I had to bring it back to him so I did. I get it back almost three weeks later for it to break down within an hour of me driving it so I had to get it towed back to him again then I get it back in January for it to break down again within 1 hour so I had to get it towed back to him I go and see him 3 days later to see that my car is not even on the lift to find out what is going on I tell him I want my car back and I want my money back and he begs me not to take the car and to let him fix it to even come and see me for all these months of having my car to pay for my insurance at any other out-of-pocket costs that I had to inquire. He does not give me anything I finally get my car back March 19th to find out that my transmission is messing up on me now and and he keeps telling me that he's going to replace it and replace it and this has been going on since March and now here we are June 5th and I'm still waiting. Was never given any compensation that I was promised it was supposed to replace the power steering box which he said he did and he did not because it still has the same issue and he even tried to blame me for my car being messed up just so that he didn't have to repair anything that was messed up by his mechanic. Do not take your car to him he's a liar and a crook and doesn't know anything about fixing cars. Now I have to take him to court to get money to fix my transmission in any of the other problems that I have because of his mechanic. read more
