It turned out the rollers were old, worn out, and full of dirt, so they needed to be replaced. I was honestly pretty nervous because the entire sliding door had to be removed from the track, and the technician handled it by himself. Once the new rollers were installed, the door slid like new again. The second time, I called because one of our single-hung windows wouldn't open. When I explained the issue over the phone, Luis immediately had an idea of what the problem might be and even told me the name of the part that likely needed replacing and the cost of the job. Looking back, I probably could have Googled it and attempted the repair myself since it ended up being a fairly simple part that only took a few minutes to replace. The repair cost me $120, which was worth it to have it done correctly without the hassle. After the initial call, Luis was easy to communicate with via text, responded promptly, and was able to come out within a few days. He initially gave me a 2-hour service window, but after I explained that we don't live in town, I asked if we could meet at a specific time and he was happy to accommodate. It made things much easier since we didn't have to sit around waiting for a couple hours, and I really appreciated his flexibility. Punctual, Reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll definitely continue calling them whenever I need window or sliding door repairs.

It was his willingness to work around my schedule and ultimately by replacing 20-plus dual pane argon filled windows, without damaging my stucco and or interior wooden shutters. Jason replaced my windows by replacing the glass inserts without altering the frames! During this process (completed in one day)!!!!
