Called a window replacement business that referred me to Quality Glass because I only needed a glass replacement. They were phenomenal from the first call to completion. Viktoria gave me a ballpark estimate so I could decide if I wanted to get a formal bid. They came out and bid quickly. They ordered the glass promptly on approval and had a fair price. Called to follow up about a job done for a family member, I overheard the conversation and how she treated my sister and was astonished at how she was speaking. It's interesting seeing either great or horrible reviews for this company. I don't understand. I suppose they pick and choose to whom they will give good service. I guess just don't get on their "bad side" either that or the good reviews are phony You would think they'd treat all customers with courtesy and respect but that's not the case with these ladies in the office. (The guys that come and do the measuring are great as you read in other reviews) but the ladies in the office are ditzy and irresponsible. Terrible experience. Dealing with Victoria was a headache. She was supposed to send glass catalogs and kept forgetting. We gave up on ever getting them after months of being told it's on the way. I did use them to install a window. The window leaks after several repairs. I've given up calling because it only gets worse when they visit. The work is inferior. They clearly do not take pride in their work. Also they make a mess. One of the workers threw his trash into our neighbors yard. I'll never let them back into my house. Done and done. read more

I live in the area and needed to have a window glass installed on my aluminum frame, so that I can self install at home. The glass was approximately 45" x 46" I was quoted at $160 and even though the aluminum frame was slightly bent but functional it was suggested I purchase a new one. Went over to Stockton Auto Glass, they did it for $75. read more

I had recently become a property manager for a couple of duplexes in Stockton. Well, I received a call one early morning from one of my tenants. A window was broken in an attempted break in. (I know Stockton has changed a lot.) Using Yelp, I got an idea of places where to go for replacement glass for the broken window. I wrote down three companies and Quality Glass Co. made my list. After dismantling the window from the frame and boarding up the area, the repair man and I headed to Quality Glass Co. Quality Glass is a difficult place to spot from the street. As you come across it location, it sits in the back of a car wash and auto repair shop. When I came inside, I was greeted by what I believe is the owners. The window I needed was a double sided glass window, which had a grid in between. The sales lady gave me an estimate of the costs of two window glass types. (Low-E and Std. Glass.) The sales lady as well explained the differences between bot types of glass and I decided on Low-E glass. When a customer puts in an order for replacement glass, they inform the customer it will take about 2 days. The glass is shipped from Tracy and installed at the location. The Quality Glass Co. also take down a deposit for high purchase orders. After two days had passed, I was called that the window was ready for pick up. No complaints about them at all. Note: If your using debit card, the cost is slightly inflated due banks surcharge to companies. The owner let me slide because she didn't inform me before purchase. read more

I am updating a rental property and needed some trim or baseboard for my kitchen. Surprisingly, my dad told me to go to Quality Glass and I got some! The ladies in the office were fantastic and also gave me some very reasonable quotes on a very large mirror we have to replace. Customer service is ok until after a window repair/replacement is fulfilled. Please be very detail on what you want done if not they can short change you on the parts. Example: If you say to them you have a broken glass window to repair, in their mind its only one panel. The workers who installed my bathroom window did a wonderful job. They were prompt, courteous and very reliable. However, the ladies in charge of scheduling and ordering were incredibly unorganized. Be advised they don't leave messages if they call, which was their excuse for not scheduling me sooner. Be sure to get quotes in writing. I would think twice about using them again based on the ladies who handle the scheduling and ordering. read more

My experience with Quality Glass has been a pleasant one from start to finish. I needed an old window in my house replaced but wasn't sure what exactly it entailed. I spoke to a rep. on the phone, she scheduled someone to come out to take a look. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Rene the repair person was right on time, gave me solid info and I was able to touch base with the office gal who squeezed the actual repair in on my day off to accommodate my schedule. The day of the repair, Rene and Brian came out (on time) and were very professional and curious. Window turned out great! I have nothing but good things to say about the office and service staff.
